The up to 10 miles recovery is a bit worrying
£26 one not showing recovery for me
" in 3-years I have to call them for 4-5 times and they always come to rescue in less than 30-min."

I think it's a new car you need........
15.75% TCB aswell ( comes out as £24.26). Havent voted as not read whats covered yet.

Actually figures out at £33ish for my 2002 Galaxy including Nationwide recovery.
Excellent Price but does the service measure up?
Anyone else have experience of these?

Voted Hot now, it looks like great value.

yes I do mate if you land me cash I not on benefit mate now a days they are rich than working people
Ah. The 3 star is recovery to home included. 36 quid is good. I pay about 60 for Autonational Rescue.
If you buy worldwide travel insurance and car breakdown in a year best bet is nationwide flex account, those and mobile insurance and som others for a tenner a month.

Think I looked at that account a whileago. To qualify, they wanted some automated monthly deposit of around £1000 rather than manual. Is it still similar or have I mixed it up / misunderstood? Would be the obvious choice as I think it also included mobile phone accidental damage / theft. Would appreciate any guidance, thanks.
Bought it. 2002 Galaxy tdi, including Nationwide recovery (2 star cover) £38.70.
£32.60 if TCB pays out. Happy with that. Thanks OP.(_;)

Yeah, still a requirement last time I checked. It doesn't have to be your salary though, and doesn't need to stay in the account for any set period. So nothing to stop you transferring £1k in at the start of the month and transferring it straight back to your other account. Or even two lots of £500. Providing you have a total of £1k going into the account over the month you're fine.

I will lend you the cash ....not for a car but for lessons in English.
Had this for a while. Cover is good but it is pay and reclaim. Also limited recovery.
Have been with start for years, always had excellent respond times and I love the app to report breakdown, just tap breakdown, they phone back in about a minute and already know your location, seems obvious why everyone doesn't do this I don't know! Windows phone app too

I was in AA for 20 years before I had a reason to call them (my wife had left heated seats on and flattened the battery) they said they would be there in THREE HOURS! bearing in mind it was dark and she was a lone female with our 18 months old daughter at the time.
I realised then that we also had Green Flag through our bank so called them and they came within 20 mins!

Never Again!
Just open bank account with Nationwide, Flexplus account offers free recovery, plus lots of other benefits, no point of paying separately for it
How do they compare to Autoaid? Just about to renew with Autoaid but not sure if this company is any better although my experience of Autoaid has been positive.

I think you're both mistaken. I recently signed up for the FlexPlus account (10p/m) and to my knowledge there is no minimum deposit requirement? It is the FlexDirect account which requires £1000.

Can you confirm where you read this? May have to contact CS to double check

But that is £120 a year. If you don't need the other benefits or have cover elsewhere then it works out quite expensive!
This is hot. I pay £17.50pm to Barclays for a Premier Account and only ever use the breakdown cover (that is very rare tbh).

OMG I've realised I am a totally useless HUKDer for having been ripped off for so long!!!
I had the 5 star cover for Europe. Broke down in Germany, with 3 kids in the car. They never came out and didn't offer any accommodation or hire car. We had to do it all. Complete waste of money avoid at all cost, pay for a decent service

Try this code they send me this 10% code SRC288C for renewal

Excellent Price but does the service measure up?

My experience has been positive, in my area (North East) they have always sent out a local recovery company (either CF Motoring Services or Glendinning Bros) who have arrived within the hour.
