I watched season 1 & all but the last two episodes of season 2 over a week.
I stopped there because "nothing" was happening.

Your summary may explain why I thought I was just missing the point. Thanks.

I am absolutely loving this series!

We have been watching mon stop over the past couple of weeks,it's very addictive. Currently on episode 5,series 5 so getting close to the end!

Loved series 4!

We watched all the episodes over a month. Very good in places, but the last series just got a bit too silly, I thought.

I agree. I'm a steelbook collector, and Breaking Bad is my favourite TV series ever, but nohing can tempt me to spend £120 on those abominations. Even the ugly Amazon steel tin is better than the Zavvi steelbooks.

I've just started watching this all over again. It's been a year so I thought it was time. Am I enjoying it second time around? You bet your a** I am. B*tch!

Totally agree and i have preordered that tin cos atleast that front cover is Heisenberg pic from the series...god knows whats the logic behind those steelbook designs...maybe the artist got high on crystal meth and tried to draw the characters in that state?

Breaking bad is excellent, and I watched True Detective straight after. I can't get into The Wire and was looking at Sopranos to watch next. Has anyone got any other suggestions

Of course it's silly its American but it is very clever and very addictive

Watching through the final season now on Netflix. The hype for this show has ruined it for me.

One of the best TV series of all time, up there with The Sopranos. Been waiting for it to come down in price, thanks very much

Err. ... Netflix? watched the whole lot and loads other stuff and movies for 6.99 a month

So true.

A good show but overhyped. I did like it but the way people rave about it is a bit much.

Brilliant TV. Totally addictive. I will definitely watch it again

LOL, that is so true!!! Watched it, it was OK, but definitely a sheep thing... marketing advisors must be from Starbucks

After committing 60hrs (whatever, I'm sure someone who cares will correct the ACTUAL run time) to this the first time, I cant think of anything more boring than watching it again. Towards the end, it became more of a personal endurance challenge for us rather than entertainment

Forgive my ignorance but what's an UltraViolet copy?

Edit: Googled it, now I know - but does anyone know how long the UltraViolet copy lasts before self-destructing!?!?

It's good but nowhere near as good as the hype it gets.

The first season is incredibly boring. I nearly stopped watching it to be honest. If it wasn't for the hype I would of.

It does get better, but not even in the same stratosphere as Game of Thrones

Glad I didn't seek out reviews before watching the show. I watched it last year when the series finished, I was gripped throughout, not a bad episode in my opinion. Even the episode with the fly, I wouldn't have thought was bad if I hadn't looked at all the nitpicky reviews.

So far the best dramas have come from the US, whilst here we are with our bland BBC/ITV yawn extravaganzas. Pauline Quirke a villain in Broadchurch, and that nonsense Grantchester. Breaking Bad, The Sopranos, Homeland, watch them all! Hot, hot, hot from me!
