Good cause, but expensive, and a very slow drive. Get this one at Amazon for £3 less and more than double the speed. They also have the 2nd generation of the Kingston drive for £16.28.

I think if the deal was a 16GB flash drive for £18.99 then it would be cold, but I voted hot because of the charity bit.

why are ppl being so lazy on UKHD and not even posting the info from the page they're pointing to ?

get the one liddle ol' me posted and give the £3 to a charity of your choice

Probably a better solution all round.

I take it it means that all profits goto cancer awareness after cancer awareness pay their full time management team their rather large salaries?

Support cancer research maybe more useful.

Cancer is such a killer, people need to be more aware tbh..

I reckon most people are aware that cancer is a big killer.

Agreed.

I think i disagree....
When Jade Goody Died.... (no interest in comments about her as a person) more women went for screening.... and now after time has passed, the screening rates have dropped... Therefore i think people don't realise how big a problem Cancer is and how important it is to be clued up! They rely on motivation for their own health.

Sorry, the profits going to charity do not make this a hot deal. In fact, it's pretty much the opposite of what this site stands for...

Sorry if that seems a little cold, but if I wanted to donate to charity I do it directly, and to a charity of my choice with any money I'd have saved by getting bargains from HUKD.

Me too. What is 'cancer awareness'? There's no mention of a specific registered charity. What are they spending the "donations" on? Animal testing? Advertising/publicity? Office costs?

The one stipulation I have for my doctors,is they know when to put capital letters in a sentence,so I think I'll pass on any advice from you.Thank you.

What a clown.

Does this link actually work for anyone ? I find the pink 16gb kingston drives but no mention of any money to charity. I've tried Firefox and IE9, no advert or mention of money to charity.

As others suggested but them cheaper elsewhere and give the money to a cancer charity.
