That is an extremely nice looking watch! You would expect it to be for the money though. Heat added.

That's really smart.
Sod it, I've ordered one.

Good price. Just be aware that it's a fashion watch with quartz movement.

And your point is what exactly? Omega Seamaster going for £1500 are quartz movement, and don't tell me they aren't for fashion?

Is this a good buy?

It's a nice watch but I've never been big on rubber straps!

Anyone care to enlighten me?

Too true! Can't argue with that, I wear a Rolex Submariner.

That's a beautiful looking watch!

I've only ever seen Breil watches for sale in Costco, and they weren't cheap.

I like it, but am not sure about the rubber strap, never been too impressed by them, but I guess it suits this watch.http://img.amazon.ca/images/I/91pEzMJNl3L._AA1500_.jpg

that's nice as well but the one posted by OP makes more of a statement, and is bolder, plus the strap one is sapphire,

I always used to wear a Seiko Kinetic metal strap every day for about 7 years but as someone who has bought a few watches over the last year (some thanks to deals on here) I really have discovered that for a watch to look it's best on your arm it has to be matched to the clothes and style you are wearing at the time as well as your general style and what you are doing that day. It's often difficult to say what one of two watches looks best without taking this into consideration. Before I would have looked at this watch and said "no" immediatly. Now, I can see where and how it could be worn to good effect although it's still probably not something I would buy.

Guys, do uz think 47mm is too big for an average wrist?

according to this ebay guide this watch is XL
I was gonna get it as well but it'll be too big. Dunno if I should order it and return it if it is too big.

Usually like understatement but there's something about this watch I like. I would probably replace the rubber strap straight away mind.

hw do u knw u can replace the strap and what can u replace it with?
I'm pretty sure this strap is integrated and it wouldn't really be possible to replace it!

Unless you like very big watches. With a typical wrist size of approx 7", I find anything above 42mm to be a bit too big on me but everyone has their own tastes.

Prefer a quality more understated watch.

Too blingy and chavy.

It's good to know that not all of us are effected by these recessionary times. This is definitely a luxury item. And is definitely a lovely item.

are u looking at the same watch? This isn't chavvy or blingy at all, it is sporty and informal, yes, but not what u say!

Though a totally diff watch, but will give an idea about the strap and more..

I have a rubber strap on my Oris and they are just fine.

Just shows beauty is in the eye of the beerholder, looks ugly as sin to me X)
