How good are these, magnification wise
they worth getting or waste of time!

Awesome I love Brazzers. Great brand

I'd recommend an optician if you can't spot the moon without these...

There was a joke in there somewhere.

Comon guys you know what i meant. I want to see the moon in high details.

Anyone know if it's easy to attach a camera or mobile phone to these to take photos. Cheers

You'll see but the quality won't necessarily be that great.
I've taken some decent pics with a 70mm refractor tho so...

Gonna scope out my local Lidl and see what the fuss is all about

I have one of these, it can easily spot the bird who lives in the house opposite.

Can this be attached to a full size photographic tripod?

Is it suitable for checking out birds on my local beach in the summer?

With all things optical - you get what you pay for - for the money this is a good place to start - I've had one for about 6 years

That would be a telescope you seek......

Spotting scopes are just that. For spotting something at medium magnification then switching to something with more magnification for close up inspection, like a sniper scope, or the binoculars I keep near my upstairs window when my neighbour improves her tan on the balcony....

I paid 250 quid for one of these. They saw me coming.

Hot deal for all the peeping toms have some heat you windo peeping pervs:{

Thanks picked one up this morning. Going to the Kruger Park in December so this will come in handy.

Not in my local (Lisburn).

Picked one up from Lidl Winton Bournemouth today looks very good for the price, will be trying to catch Santa as he speeds in on Christmas Eve

Specs look good for the money, how are the optics?

These are excellent. I use one for archery. A 122cm target fills the viewfinder at 50 yards at lowest zoom. Perfect.

I bought one from Lidl for £25
It's awfully difficult to try and get a focussed image at all, and when you do it's as dull as ditchwater. Don't waste your money.
