Great price for a decent little blender. Great for making smoothies before heading off to work or to the gym. Also compatible with Amazon basics spare bottles which are a fiver.

Really good blender, I have this one and no problems with it. Highly recommend it.
We've had this for the past year for making slushies and it's fantastic. Use it nearly every day, best £15 we've spent in ages.
I got one from tesco the other day £19 I've had nothing but smoothies since. Good buy
I have the VBL062 version of this with the additional bottle, on sale at Asda for £19. Deffo worth the extra £4 for another 600ml bottle!
Guess these are the spare bottles you were speaking of...

There is an Amazon Basics version of the unit at £15.99 that includes a spare bottle. Both seem to have a weakness of the plastic gear mechanism that joins the blade unit.
This is a great blender. Powerful, and long lasting. And at this price it’s a steal. I think I paid twice this.
This and my Morphy Richards slow cooker are the two kitchen gadgets that get used all the time. Recommend.

Apologies, I was referring to pricing in store. Redditch and Bromsgrove both had stock as of yesterday, might be worth a call to your local store before making a special journey.

Got the pro version and extra bottle for £9.99 last week from Treasure Truck
These are great, well worth this price.I payed £22 last year and it's been very reliable and powerful.
Good blender but not great at blending frozen strawberries.
Highly recommended

It’s not clear on Amazon: header is VBL062 which in the grid and specification further down says it is the 2 bottle version . In the buying options it says: Blend Action Only £18.50, Blend Active with spare bottle £28.48. Can anyone shed any light please? As far as I have seen VBL062 only comes with 2 bottles so would the spare bottle option make it 3 bottles?
Fantastic. Thanks op
Great little bargain blender had one for over a year and it's used often to make healthy and not so healthy smoothies.

Due to its small motor and modest price point it doesn't really like blending nuts or frozen fruit. It will do it but the motor starts to smell so doing this often would most certainly burn it out.

Used mine about 6 times before you could smell burning plastic then it stopped working.
I had two of these though perhaps I was unlucky compared to the other commenters here because both failed within a week. The plastic notches on the bottom rubbed through meaning the motor just spun round. Pretty sure I followed the instructions to the letter which do say you can't use more than 6 icecubes. Got my refund and went for a NutriNinja.

Had mine for 3+ years without issue.

I hold the button down on mine for about 5 seconds at a time to avoid blowing it up.

Yeah I always blitzed it for a few seconds, the button is now rock solid and won’t press at all.

Been using this for over a year now. I find I have to roughly dice my veg up in order for it to adequately blend. Once I do it works decent.
