Was tempted to go for it then decided to stick with what I already have, better the Breville you know.

Or cancel legitimate orders with false reasoning (lies).......

Thanks for posting.

So it's £80 for both. Misread it as £40 .. didn't see the each.

Those are some fine looking appliances. The RRP is fiction though, obviously. They were selling it for this price in July.

Edit: Every other colour of the toaster is only £29.99 on Amazon: amazon.co.uk/dp/…c=1

For a kettle that is expensive but for a toaster maybe alright.

LoL!!!!

How much?!

I've had this kettle but had to send it back due to the horrible tasting water when boiled. Started off like rotten eggs, then a very strong plastic / acrid taste when boiled. I tried everything to get rid of it but just wouldn't go even after nearly 2 weeks of use. Sticking to glass kettles from now on. The other bad thing is the water gauge is hard to see and you can't see the level if you just want 1 or 2 cups.

Thanks for the review! was going to purchase both as a combo. Wonder if the toaster will make the toast smell like eggs!

Have both of these. Lovely looking and no issues whatsoever

It's over a month, something like 5 or 6 weeks is the legal minimum before retailers are allowed to call something a sale. If you look at supermarket labels you'll almost always see the previous price set for that amount of time.

£30 different kettle though
you can read the reviews and get some idea of quality of build

Each to their own but personally I think they look hideous - kitchen appliances that look like duvets

If you can manage then there is a 10% student discount in-store as well. so that will save another £3.99 each item

For the same price you can get the Russell Hobbs Oslo kettle at Argos

frackin toasters!
