Previous best price I have seen is £77 @ Tesco, just bought so can't say how good it is but reviews seem fairly positive

How good are these?

If you don't like the chips you can always stick it on your head at Halloween and pretend you're Buzz Lightyear, how's that for value for money!

Pretty good. I bought one after my Tefal ActiFry broke, does the job just as good.

Its look like Bike Helmet (excited). Good price
these are really good, bought one the folks after thyeir Actifry failed. Has a paddle built into the pan unlike the actifrys plastic seperate one.
Ordered this Sunday from amazon at the higher price 69.97. Well annoyed now
Compared to a proper deep fat fryer how good are these at doing proper home made chips and scampi or battered or breadcrumbed things, the only thing we use our deep fat fryer for?

Not sure these would work with freshly battered fish or prawns? Any advice please?

Contact Amazon if you have prime they may refund the difference
My. Missus has this, it makes the chips burnt half the time. But then again she can't cook! She used it 4 times and now it's in a cupboard. Been there for around 6 months.
I've had mine just over a year and it's great. Makes lovely soft and fluffy roast potatoes and I find it works better for frozen chips than homemade ones. Frozen samosas come out better than the fried ones in my experience. You just need to add a little bit of oil to your food and you're good to go.
The best thing about this is it has 2 functions,
1 for normal cooking and another for an added grill option whilst cooking as well.
Would definitely recommend for all and especially for the health conscious.

Same price at currys
It says deliver 1-2 months? Is that correct?
I think I'll be buying this from Curry's as they have plenty of stock. Plus for £12.99 I can buy a 3yr instant replacement warranty.
