Just picked up this Panini Sandwich Press from my local Sainsburys for only £17.99p , according to Amazon reviews, it seems a fairly good bargain and is meant to have a RRP of £59.99p !

Which store did you get it in? That's a bargain as the Sainsburys model is reduced to £17.99, so it looks like the Breville one might be a mistake....

Hi,keighley w,yorks .This was not a pricing mistake the label on the shelf clearly stated £17.99 ,their own model was reduced by a 1/3rd from £29.99 to £19.99.

This is one damn good panini maker.

got this in sainsburys a few weeks back @ £35

a must buy at this price

heat and rep added

is this offer nationwide and which store was it in

Any cheese filling will melt and form a cheese puddle outside the pannani

its a good price ,but have no room in the cupboard, because of the, toasted sandwich maker, steamer, smoothie machine, george foreman grill, food processor, electric whisk, and pressure cooker........all of which were good prices but never see the light of day..

do u have the sku code please

it only ever does that if you overcook it.

If you cook it for the precise amount of time that never happens

and its easy to clean anyway.

Got this same model from Wysebyse a few years ago for £20 so don't know about £59.99 RRP. It is a good panini maker though. I would recommend it.

+1. My son lives on paninis.

If the cheese melts and puddles you're probably using too much. Anyhow like your man said you can wipe it off with zero effort - the non-stick works brilliantly.

Got one of these from argos for about £22 over christmas, gotta say its a brilliant piece of kit. Ya can use it for panninis or pretty much any other type of bread to make toasted sandwiches. Really easy to clean as well:thumbsup:
