We've got this toaster (and kettle) and it looks nice. Had a slight issue recently with the spring mechanism but it was easy to sort (few screws removed and a decent clean). Well worth £26 so thanks @Bonkey

Looks decent - anything similar for the price that's as good?
It's alright but the slots aren't very big, so it won't toast long bread well. But the re-warm feature is a nice touch. Not voting hot though cos it's always this price.
Not a deal when it’s always this price as previously said
I've got this myself and we don't like it, because it tells you what side you got to put the toast in...you can't choose a side to use yourself!!! If your doing one slice only you can only use the right side not the left only. It's very strange and can be annoying! Never seen this with any other toaster before....I like to choose what side to use not the toaster telling me!

Why would it ever be an issue putting the bread in the right side? Do you just wake up one morning and decide you want toast from the left side?
Pictures on amazon suggest toasts about 80% of the bread. Not for me.

What are on you about? I've got this toaster and I've never had that? Maybe I coincidentally use the right side .... Either way not a problem.

Good toaster... Been using a Wilko one for years ... Feels like I have a Ferrari of toasters now lol

I prefer this one. 4 slice, but two long slots (2 slices each ) rather than 4 short slots (1 slice each) means that there's less fuss if you have weird things, or you're doing waffles and want them sideways to maximise toasted area. Function is far better, even if it's visually basic.

Be wary. I bought this because it was advertised as a Cream toaster but when i poured cream into it burst into flames.
Does anyone know the slice per hour rate of this machine?
We've got this toaster and I wish we hadn't. It's random whether or not it burns things at the lowest setting, and isn't big enough for anything other than small bread. Ugh.
