The Guns of Navarone....... I remember seeing that on TV years ago. Why do they never show it these days. Perhaps I should start a petition to get it shown again. :?

I'm pretty sure I saw this boxset in my local (Norwich) Sainsburys at the same price today.

Was on terrestial tv at the weekend

Unusual to get three very good films - usually one is good, one mediocre and one is pants but these are three great films - voting hot

First person to call it "Bridge OVER The River Kwai" gets a slapping.

3 of my all time favorites , sadly I already own them all (and most ww2 films) . I used to love watching these kind of films as a kid in the eighties and it stuck with me ever since . ahhh .... Kellys Heroes , Where Eagles Dare , Cross of Iron, Dirty Dozen , Von Ryans Express, etc etc

What is needed is the Ultimate Boxset

- The Guns Of Navarone
- The Wizard of Oz
- The Great Escape

You could watch it every day and it would always be Christmas!
