Product Description
The Bristan electric shower range has been designed to be eye catching, long lasting and suitable for all installations. The footprint of the shower has been designed to cover many existing installations - so if your current electric shower is from a UK brand your new Bristan electric shower should match the water and electric inlets, as well as cover any existing fixing holes. Digital display indicator and touch button power selection (3 settings, cold, warm/eco, hot). Warm-up mode will show a light flashing until the water is warmed up to the desired temperature and ready to use. Suitable for mains cold feed only with pressures of min 0.7 bar, max 10.0 bar. Inlet connection: 15mm push fit, 5 directional options for both water and electricity supply. Shower footprint H: 305mm, W: 195mm. Consistent showering temperature is provided - the temperature stabilising device compensates for changes in the water pressure caused by other household fittings. The phased shut down feature ensures all hot water is flushed out of the shower after use prolonging the shower life, ensuring lime scale build up is kept to a minimum. Push fit swivel inlet elbow pipe connection, enabling plumbing from 5 different directions. Safety devices include thermal cut out & pressure relief. This shower supplied with an adjustable riser kit and 3 mode rub-clean handset. The riser has a built in soap tray & integral hose retainer. Adjustable riser comes complete with adjustable top/bottom brackets so ideal to cover existing riser holes and tile joints, max 625mm. Available in either Black or White and 8.5kw, 9.5kw or 10.5kw ratings. Please ensure electrical supply is suitable, we recommend 10mm cabling throughout the installation for showers of 9.5kw rating or higher and 6mm for 8.5kw or lower. Please gain support from a qualified electrician if you are unsure. Supplied with the Bristan 2 year manufacturer's warranty with the support of an award winning customer service team.

Really tempted too, the warm up mode sounds great.
The warm up mode does sound great but do you still have to stand in front of it to turn it on and get sprayed with cold water or does it build up heat inside?

Sounds like it builds the heat inside... Otherwise wouldn't it just be like any other shower?
How do you know which kw power to buy

"Aside from the temperature indicator, this electric shower also has a pre-heating feature. The pre-heating feature or the warm up mode lets you set the temperature of the water before it starts flowing. This means that you do not have to be startled by cold water starts. You get perfect temperature every time you step into the shower. Once your ideal temperature is reached, flashing indicator lights will tell you that it is ready for use."

I have this in white, ours works perfect and doesn’t leak at all. Guess it’s like anything some may be faulty but if you put a shower in and it works very few will come and leave feedback. Feedback is a form of complaints for me. Waste of time
this comes up at £123, is there a code?
