I agree the nissan a more comfortable car like ride which is fine if you use it as a car but as a truck (which is what they are) the ranger is better, it is better under load and carries more, it is better at towing, it is better off road, it can wade through 800mm of water (deep!!!) oh and don't forget the first pick up truck with a 5 star ncap rating! And the ranger looks great!! So if you want a car buy a nissan, if you want a truck buy a ranger (lol) (y)

Had a ranger a couple of years ago but didn’t get on with it. A very hard uncomfortable ride and a bit cumbersome round corners. Had the Tekna version of the new Navara for a couple of years and find it much smoother and pleasant to drive. 5 year warranty on the Nissan is a bonus. Worth paying a bit more for the Tekna version. Bit cheaper here

When was the recall, last I heard Nissan had not recalled these Navaras and were dealing with complaints case by case. There is a massive group of owners who were last I read making a claim through a firm of scolicitors. I heard Nissan have been repairing vehicles, replacing chasis, implimenting preventative measures and even buying affected vehicles back from affected owners but I don’t think there has been a recall.

Massive main dealer recall on the older shape model, chassis rusting out and some being painted under warranty and others being written off.Hopefully as mentioned already problem now sorted.

Yep, I had one 2006 nice truck but I sold it when 3 years old before any mention of chasis problems. If i Bought another I’d only keep it 2 or 3 years anyway. If your worried just get it filled up with waxoil. Ranger is a better truck anyway

Um where are you getting that price from???? I have voted this hot because of that price. Just went on as I would get one for this price. Was really excited as I have wanted to get a car and was waiting for one at a decent price. Clicked the link and it says £27,999

lol of course

wow some people forgot to take their meds this morning? no idea what a Koleos is, sounds like army slang for some form of VD but an amusing post nontheless.

Yes, nothing particularly wrong with that, although not ideal. What it means though, is that there are no rate increases as with an interest bearing loan.

Simple 0% car sales equation. Take normal sale price, add amount for interest, call this new price the normal price, offer new price at 0%

Still overpriced

Worst car dealership chain I've ever dealt with. Terrible pricing, terrible customer service (management repeatedly and blatantly lied) both at purchase and when getting car serviced. Avoid like the plague.

I went to them last year and they valued my old car at £600 against a £15k for a 2nd hand Fiesta ST.... I walked away and the following week sold my old car to Evans Halshaws for £1700 and purchased a privately owned 12mnth old Fiesta for £13k (with 2 yrs warranty left on it)...

Bristol Street normally limits 0% interest to only half of the vehicle value

you do know how it works don't you? finance cost will be built in to margin

Was offered £150 off a 10 grand motor from a sales guy told them they were having a laugh in the end i think i got a grand off inc my old motor and they drove it down from durham free of charge and left me with a full tank not a bad deal but i did pay cash.

The 0% for 5 years is only for up to 5k, higher amounts are still eligible but for graduated lesser periods of time

Terrible company, appalling customer service, not very honest. Avoid at all costs.

Four stars, not bad. I think I'd have given 4.5, extra half a star for correct use of apostrophe. If only there'd been an exclamation mark after the second "ha" I'd have given the full 5 stars.

Ah I get it. Clearly from the name 'bruceboy' and the colourful language can we assume you are from north of the border. No wonder you get a good deal. For the rest of us 'Wur all Doomed'!!

Went into Darlington branch yesterday, (deal still shows online, so offer didn't end 31/3) the manager was gobsmacked at the price. He said it was even cheaper than the employee discounted price! Had to upgrade to metallic for extra £550, but got some mats thrown in :)

Back to the future? ;)

Comment It's actually a Renault....

Nice to see the Pulsar back. If we can get a Nismo Juke then this should hopefully get a hotter version. With the exception of a couple of models the great Japanese machines of old are nowhere to be seen in recent years. Shame all their modern cars are brutally ugly too. I'd have an R34 GT-R Nur over the R35 in a heartbeat.

Hoping there's going to be a new Nissan Pulsar GTi-R following this model :)

Sounds like William Shakespeare.

I came to know there is no air condition in this car !

Dacia a much better buy and you will get more room inside especially the boot, and don't let the knockers/badge snobs put you off, their reliability record in the rest of Europe has been proved and just because Dacia is new to the UK and is an unknown brand to most, it won't change this reliability record. I've had 2 Dacia's, still on my second, in the last over five years and neither visited the garage except for servicing and I've done many long trips between England and Spain and never had cause to worry or think will this car get me there without breaking down. The choice is yours but I would still give it a test drive to see if you are satisfied, please give us an update as to which way you go, good luck. But you won't need luck if you choose the Dacia.

Hi can anyone helps is this deal still on and is this car better than Dacia Ambiance £6795 as well thanks

Some hilarious anorak "my is bigger than yours" comments on here

Haha - I never saw brooksym's frankly ridiculous comment :). He just needs to watch Vicki Butler-Henderson's Fifth Gear review on Youtube to know that he has just made a big boo-boo. I drove a Smart Roadster for a few years. I used to fear the rain - mainly because it was such a faff to put the roof up :). I'd often play Russian roulette with the weather - hoping to get home and into the garage before it slugged it down. Russia pretty much always won ;). Convertible's are good for summer driving. The Twizzy is good for never driving.

I owned a convertible for years. You, sir, are talking out of your bottom.

I did write a long post in answer to yours but I decided it didn't matter. I only need to say that each form of transport has pros and cons. I didn't contradict myself. I said practical in largely flat areas. Plus the political reasons for setting aside the space the mayor is apparently proposing is nothing to do with the space a cyclist needs on the road.

In the summer of 2014 there will be a replacement for the Splash and Alto but with a boot that matches the current Swift. This car will be built at its factory in Thailand and use a tweaked version of the current three-cylinder petrol engine to emit around 80g/km of C02 – easily making it a class leader in terms of efficiency.

*They have altered the T & C as it used to be 03 registered and under 90,000 miles. I looked at this deal a while ago and the sales guy said they would look at doing a deal at £4999 even if the PX car had higher mileage. The only thing I was put off by was it not having RCL just CL. I may consider this again now though.

I would have thought so too

wouldnt most cars registered after 05,with over 6 months MOT,under 80K and in good condition be worth over £1K anyway?

I think Costco members get 8% off as well.

Sorry just found it cheaper here

You have to or have family members working or have pensions with certain companies to qualify. It's a good price but I wouldn't be buying a 1.0 in this model, better to wait for the new 1.0 turbo out hopefully next year.

Yes I did.

I know all about that mate, I live in Liverpool.......

yes there is! I'd rather have a vw all day over a Vauxhall. also the Mitsubishi mirage is same money, same size, but bbetter engine. only somebody who did not care or did not research cars would by the Vauxhall....

I think my point stands.....theres no better out there for the same money..?

You need to be eligible for partners discount with this.

This site can be just rediculous sometimes. There's another Zafira thead here at £10,695 that has gotten hot over 700 degrees. Why is this deal which is cheaper not as hot?

Voted hot. Don't forget the Vauxhall £300 voucher for the Zafira that should bring the price down a bit more. Especially useful if you are adding pearlescent paint etc which cost just under £500 in addition.

Had the previous version from new and kept it for 7 years and was as good as the day I purchase it. Wonderful and practical car, I would buy another one tomorrow if the engines were more economical. At this price its unbelievable value.

If it's the Zafira Tourer you're referring to (as new model) then this model will be sold alongside the present Zafira ... not replace it as they are both aimed at different market sectors - One C and the other D. Of course it highly likely that over a period of time we may see some "cross-pollination" between the two but don't expect the bottom to drop out of the Zafira B market just yet.

sorry price !!!!!

You can join unison to qualify for partner discount or if a family member is in unison or works for a partner company listed on website you also qualify. Most will get this price !

"Includes Vauxhall Partner Discount". What does that mean? If it's this then most people won't get that price.

I think it's a cracking deal, you simply can't get a new car thats practical and looks this good for 10k.

Thanks for your informed opinions on this thread. When I originally set it up, I thought it would only be available for several days so set it to expire on 24th. I got a follow up email this morning so you're right the deal [ in some form or other] is still running. I've now changed expiry date to end of month, but it obviously needs a mod to un-expire it.

Why is this expired? They still have them in stock.
