Worked for me aswell!
Thanks OP!

Good price, just a note in case anyone who doesn't want the jug was thinking of getting it just for the cartridges this deal is still cheaper per cartridge:

hotukdeals.com/dea…211

You can always sell the jug and works out cheaper per cartridge if you go for this deal.

Yep code working just fine great spot.. can code be applied to other items?

Just placed an order too....been after one of these for ages (waiting for the right 'deal' to come up) so thanks shadow1......!

would rather invest the 27.50 in a proper tap plumbed into the kitchen pipework thanks

erm... that shows the cartridges to at be £8.48 for 4 (hence £2.12 per cartridge)

This deal although amazing, still cost more if your'e thinking of just the cartridges:

£27.50 for 12 cartridges
therefore:
£2.29 per cartridge

Nice one have ordered to replace old jug with broken lip.
Happy Xmas op

this doesn't remove sodium fluoride btw, you need a reverse osmosis filter for that.

Basically if we compare 12 cartridges, it's just an extra £2+ for the jug... Might be good to have as a backup actually.

Err, I know that's why I posted it! (_;)

Two quid for the jug is a very cheap deal but only if you need it (otherwise it's just something else to take up space). True, you could sell it but it's not worth that much on its own and to me the hassle of selling it wouldn't warrant the small gain.

Was just trying to be helpful and show people who wanted just the carts an alternative so they can make their own minds up as to whether to pay a couple of quid more for the jug or not.

Usually dispatched within 5 to 7 weeks

Wow, cool. My jug has a bit of mildew on it so I was going to clean it, but at this price I can just get a new one and throw the old one away...

Thanks. Been wanting one of these for a while and this seems like the perfect deal for me. Thanks for posting. Code worked for me.

Nice one...ordered one. Thank you

Ordered thanks, gonna give the jug to my Mum.

Delivery estimated 26 Jan 2011 - 7 Feb 2011

lucky I still have a couple of cartridges left..

how big a deal is this?

Thanks for this!

Was looking around for Maxtra cartridges. Great price!

Went for this instead of the 4-pack one. The jug costs more than £10 so thought it might be a good backup in case my current jug broke (touch wood). Great deal IMO!

Got mine today, not bad for free super saver delivery. I guess Amazon are desperate to get everything out as fast as possible due to the weather.

Ordered Thursday night and was delivered by courier on Monday.
Impressively fast service

I forgot to mention that it's 13 cartridges in total as there's one in the jug itself

Are you sure?
I only had 11 filters in the box and 1 included with the jug.

You are correct. I just recounted and it is only 11 + 1 in the box. I must have got a bit count happy as I was removing (what I thought at the time was) 4 rows of 3 [=12] down the side of the box
