Seems like a good deal to me - what do you guys think?

I wish you luck - I listed the same deal when it was £35 a couple of weeks ago and it went into negative territory, can't see why when there's £40 of filters and a a good jug in the deal.
h and r added - but put your thermals on!

Those cartridges will last 2 years. In other countries the Brita Maxtra cartridges are 8 week cartridges and their counter indicator takes 2 months accordingly. We get ripped off in Britain.

A great deal - HOT. These cartridges retail @ £5 each, but you can often buy them for around £3 each in packs of 6 (i.e. £18.00). The jug costs £17 in Tesco. So this deal would cost in excess of £50 at normal prices.

sure is a great deal, but my link a a very similar price went to -30 and of course my rep took a hiding too - adding heat to someone's deal now means I leave +4 instead of +6 grrrr!
The carts work just great and may well last 2 months, I guess it depends on how much water they have to filter, coffee and tea taste infinitely better too and it doesn't fur up the coffee machine or the kettle or even the iron for that matter

lol, saw the post, was pretty harsh... personally i thought it was a good deal, unless anyone who has had first hand experience with the filters can say otherwise...

well, I chuckle myself, but we're supposed to be here in a mutual help sort of way, pointing each other to what we think are good deals. Instead, ego's arrive and some members seem to feel good about leaving negative scores, I suppose they should really be pitied, seemingly boosting their own ego by being neg towards others.
I'd still ask the admins to make it compulsory that if you leave neg feedback then you should have to leave a comment as to why and more importantly where there is a better deal to be found - after all, that's the only reason for negative scoring - right??

Nice deal. H&R added.
