Yes, according to the instructions for my BRITA Elemaris XL Water Filter Jug, which say:

Note: The new MAXTRA+ Universal cartridge may be damp from steam treatment process
Thanks op, ordered 2 !..
Cheers. Ordered.
Bargain. Thanks OP. Extra filtration, boom!
Oh man I just paid £20 for these and thought that was a good deal. Have some heat
Just ordered thanks
At last a decent brita deal! Been using Asda george ones for the past few months. Initially thought they were just as good but the limescale in the kettle says otherwise.
ordered 2 packs and heated but is it me, or did anyone else notice huge inflation on these? I usually buy 12 month packs, last year, I paid £24 for 12, the year before I paid £16 for 12, this year I effectively paid £35.98 for 12
Stupid question probably but whats the difference between a standard Maxtra cartridge ad this (apart from the +). My kettle takes Maxtra- can i use these ones instead?

Are you sure about that?

I see so many listings that specifically say
"Fit BRITA* Maxtra* (not Maxtra+*)"

So are these not a slightly different shape to the standard Maxtra?

Going by Amazon comments they aren't always interchangeable.

My Maxtra cartridges fit perfectly in my Maxtra+ jug
ordered 2 boxes thanks for heads up
Anyone else waiting to get back to £2 per cart, or are we unlikely to see those prices again?

Could combine some of the Amazon discount deals to make this one a bit more palletable, e.g. Top up £40 and get £10 deducted off your next eligible spend on items sold and dispatched by Amazon - hotukdeals.com/dea…997
It's same price on Amazon prime now.. so u can potentially get 10 off 50 spend for 1st time buyers.
