    The XL version has a design flaw, the handle tends to crack as it cannot withstand the weight of the jug when filled.

    I agree with you. I got one and it cracked but not handle. Mine got two cracks that are on the top of the jug and run down .

    I’ve had mine for three mo this now, no crack.
    It does not fit in the fridge. Bought for £15.80

    It was probably the 2.4l Aluna which Amazon also has for £12. I prefer that one anyway as it fits inside a fridge door.
