This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:

I've ordered this car seat for my 4 month old daughter as an upgrade for our Silvercross Brompton size 0 car seat.

Delivery has been pushed back to 16th January due to demand at this price - confirmed in email order confirmation.

The cheapest I've found it by far, next best price is £292.

This cool seat offers a 360° rotation, making it handy for getting your child in and out of the seat, as well as making the switch from rear to forward facing so much easier. Rearward facing from 3 months to 105cm, or forward facing from 76 to 105cm- you can make the switch when you and your little one are ready, but having a seat which can be rear-facing for longer is extremely safe. The seat includes a rebound bar which not only helps to prevent the seat from tilting in an impact but also adjusts up to 8 degrees to allow you to fit it to the backrest of the vehicle's seat more easily and gives your little one an extra 10cm of legroom.

This seat is superbly safe for your little one, so much so that it received a rating of 'GOOD' and a score of 2.1 in the stringent ADAC testing. The headrest and harness are also easy to adjust one-handed to find the perfect fit as your child grows. The headrest is V-shaped to ensure optimal protection in the event of a side-collision as well as ultimate comfort. The multi-position recline gives you child comfortable sitting or sleeping options as they grow.

You can be reassured with the superior protection offered with the deep softly padded side wings, and the combination of the pivot link system, soft neoprene performance chest pads, 5-point harness and support leg all work in tandem to reduce forward movement and divert any impact forces into the vehicles seat rather than your child. The seat features a built-in ISOFIX base with a height-adjustable support leg, with indicators to confirm that the ISOFIX connectors are correctly engaged and that the foot prop has been correctly installed.

As well as safety, the Dualfix M i-Size has been built with practicality in mind. The quick-remove cover is machine washable for your convenience, and there's no need to remove the harness first. The rebound bar also has a washable cover to help protect it from rubbing and dirty marks from your little one's feet.

FEATURES:
Install safely in seconds with ISOFIX connectors
360-degree rotation to install child from any side
i-Size tested to highest safety standards
Height adjustable headrest to grow with your child
Multiple recline positions for little ones comfort

DIMENSIONS:
Height: 48cm
Width: 44cm
Depth: 74cm
Weight: 15 Kg

So far I've been set on the Joie 360 Spin. This Britax looks similar but more expensive. Any differences between the two other than price? Which would be the preferred option?

If you are on facebook, there is a group called "car seat advice UK". I would definitely suggest seeking advice, as although combination car seats are marketed for newborns, it is normally recommended to use an infant carrier first. It all really depends on the car you have, the angle of the seats, as it can make car seat more upright, so risk of head flop. With an infant car seat, if used with the seat belt you can adjust it to make it more reclined for baby. We had a combination seat when our baby was born, but our seats were so sloped and our little girl was too upright, so ended up buying a different car seat. Sorry for the long reply, if you're set on getting a combination seat, then i'd personally try them out and check the angle of the seat. I can't remember what angle baby should be sat at though. You will be able to see what you like about the seat, and if it's suitable for your car.

There is a version suitable from birth in the same website for £292.50 in black. Only difference I can find is the new born insert. Hope this helps

Such good advice. Usually they recommend using a baby carrier from birth than get a 25k rear-facing seat afterward. There is an other facebook group also very useful called A-Z of rear facing.

Thank you . I’ve read so many posts about these things from being in the facebook group, and done a lot of research. I don’t want people to make the same
mistakes that we did.
Thanks Jasperoo2 for the supporting advice, I totally agree.

With our daughter we bought a full travel system when she was born, which included a size 0 car seat/carrier.

It's now got to a point where carrier and baby is too heavy, hence the upgrade to this Britax car seat.

It's fixed in the car but the swivel seat will let us load her into the car nice and easy. Also supports the rear facing safety aspects so all together win win.

Still waiting for delivery but will post an update with my thoughts for everyone.

No worries. I do really like the spin car seats, it is a game changer for sure. I will be sad when my daughter outgrows hers in a few months. Hopefully ithe car seat will be with you soon
