Hi there,

Was looking at this seat for my little one. It costs £109.99, plus there is double points on this seat, plus 1000 bonus points on britax seats, then there are the ordinary points then there is the 1000 points voucher posted previous.

As it is over £40 you get free delivery.

So you get 3475 points with this seat.

A bargain if you ask me.

At halfords its £79.99, but they have a promo with an extra 10% off bringing it to £71.99

although not sure what the delivery charge is.
I think this is a good deal tho as you get so much back in points. Heat and rep added

Actually just checked the Which? site and this seat doesn't score that well at only 48%
Britax Eclipse SI

This seat is designed for children from around a year old to about four (9 to18kg). It is secured using the three-point adult seat belt to secure it.

Side protection for this seat is quite good, but the big let-down is the front crash performance where loads on the child’s head are unacceptably high. Theses results were obtained with correct installation, but the complexity of this means there’s a good chance of getting it wrong, which would compromise crash performance even more.

Pros: Machine washable cover

Cons: Poor front crash performance. Poor finish quality

Thanks for that, but the pink one is £99.99 and £5 delivery, only seems to be the black and grey that is reduced. But thanks for the tip.

I was just going to post to say the reviews for this isn't great.. I had this for my DD for 2 year though before reading the reviews and then changed to maxi cosi as she is old enough for the Rodi now.

I don't think i'd recommend this seat to be honest for the reviews alone..however, I guess its a good deal on price?!

I generally buy the cheapest does the job just fine!

it aint any good if you have a boy and well over priced for a car seat

There are far cheaper of the same product available, sorry voted cold.

It will do the job right .. as in a seat for child to sit in but as far as safety in a crash .. from the which report it wont do the job right. I wouldn't take that risk just for the cheapest.

Anyone wishing to buy one should read the car seat reports. I only paid £1 for a which trial to read them up when i was looking this time.
