hi tensile steel should mean it is both heavy and weak

Saw this in Asda today - utter carp!!

Bike folks can say what they like, but the people this is aimed at simply do not care. Is a good price for what it is, so heated.

it is awful its so heavy would be like a full family of obese people being pulled along with it

At £100 this decathlon.co.uk/EN/…64/ is a better buy. 14Kg. Voted best budget bike by the Gadget Show.

bikes like these leave me with unanswered questions , we seem to live in a culture where people want to spent hundreds on bikes and to do what , cause from what i read most refuse to bike to work or just look for a bike for rec use , just to make it clear to people having a bike that is worth hundreds more wont suddenly make you lance armstrong , if your fit you`ll rid pretty quick no matter what your on , and if your not , well again by the same rule you`ll suffer some what ... these ain`t bad for what they are and that is a cheap bike to kick about on......

dooper

States ; 'designed for mountain biking on touring paths and trails' and then says 'Restricted use Not suitable for rough terrain.'

Need to keep to smooth mountain trails then..:p

Jason Bradbury tried to beat it to death & failed. It seems to be tougher than advertised.

i,ve had one of these for about a year now and have found it great.
not all of us can afford fancy bikes for a family of 5 but at least we all get plenty of exercise.
