On Sunday 31 May 2015 Silverstone will be hosting an action packed day full of British GT racing with support races from the BRDC Formula 4, and you can watch it all from a trackside VIP Hospitality suite. While you’re there you’ll also be invited to go on a VIP Pit tour to get an up close look at some of the world’s finest cars on show.

Overlooking Woodcote corner on the Silverstone Grand Prix Circuit means you’ll have a great view of the Wellington straight, and there’s also a superb alternative view to enjoy from the private Wellington Bridge grandstand, one of the best places to get photographs and witness some thrilling overtaking.

All of the top sports car manufacturers including Porsche and Ferrari will be on fine form at Silverstone, and along with the action of the GT comes the single seater excitement of the BRDC Formula 4 championship where the young up-and-coming drivers battle it out in a great display of open-wheel racing. Put it all together and this VIP hospitality and Pit Stop Tour is the perfect package for any racing fan!

What's Included?

1 x VIP admission ticket
Car parking
Grandstand seating
Use of a trackside hospitality suite

Sounds Great!

12% Quidco

Just booked. Ideal for the bank holiday and free tea and coffee all day!!!

£55.51 for two tickets including the quidco cashback.

Tickets on the day are only £16 per person according to the Silverstone website. Included in that is:-

Free grandstand access (selected grandstands only)
Free access to the Heritage Paddock
Children 15 and under can attend for free
Free parking
Free pit walk and autograph session on Sunday

So I'm not so sure this is an especially hot deal if I'm honest.

The tickets on the website are the Roving ones, which only allow you on the standard parts of the stands. In my opinion, I'd rather pay an extra £16 to upgrade to Woodcote, with the Hospitality element, and the Tour Included - only my opinion anyway x

Woodcote isn't the best place to sit. Get yourself to Maggots/Becketts with a camping chair and picnic, great way to see the action.

Wow good deal no matter what you choose. Motor racing hospitality can be stupid expensive, so to get parking and pit pass and grandstand seats etc all in for less than £50 is a good deal. Typically ~£100 for this at other rounds.

"tea and coffee served all day"

No mention of Stella or Guiness

That's annoying I'd love to have got this for husband for his birthday but he's away that weekend already! Great deal tho

Just booked this, cant wait!!

Wow this stinks!
"Due to the location of the hospitality suite disabled access is not available"
was just about to book.

£20 for a weekend pass, Woodcote was open last year. This puts you on the inside of the track, which in my opinion may limit the view. As said before, as they use the full international track for this i would sit up on the mound between Becketts and the loop onto the Wellington straight. or as i did last year walk the whole circuit and spend a bit of time at each part of the track.

I think to be honest the description on the Virgin website is perhaps more attractively written. There is nothing I can see on the Silverstone website that says they are any more or any less roving than the Virgin ones.

You get Pit access with the £16 ticket, you get grandstand access and free parking too.

"We could not find the page you were looking for!"

Apparently

It's working.

How do these race events work, I have never been, is it just an area/stands or is there seating. If we are these all day, is there anything we NEED to know to make the experience better?

Ooh very tempted to purchase this for someone, heat added OP, good deal

Working for me

£16 plus £3 "handling fee". I'm happy as my 3 kids will be free. It might be a good family day out. Fingers crossed for the weather.

Went to oulton park at easter to see these guys. Thoroughly entertained by the racing, definitely recommend. Keep an eye out for 16 year old Jamie
Chadwick she absolutely flies in one of the Aston Martins.

Not a bad price for a day out racing. Heat.

Dam... Am at MotoGP in Italy. Oh well.

Mine got cancelled, got an email to say they had oversubbscribed the event. Got offered classic cars, truck racing or historic sports car club events and told them I'd rather the refund.

That's a bit pants.

I didn't even get offered anything, just the refund :-(
