Saw this this morning but didn't have time to post - really surprised nobody else has yet.

I've never seen broadband for a tenner a month before. Got a friend whose on Onestream and all seems well, so I guess it's all legit. Here's the link:

onestream.co.uk/bro…AAI

So £9.99 a month for one year (£120 annually then), which includes normal ADSL internet, line rental, router, etc. Have to pay £9.99 for delivery though, it says.

I found this on Tech radar which says its exclusive to them, but it looks like the link works without going through them. So all good. Does say that there's only 500 available though - not sure whether that would be marketing nonsense or not? I prefer fibre speeds, but guessing this will be good for some people.

Sounds like a great price, no idea what they are like as a provider thought! Just renegotiated my Sky BB & Talk to £12.50 and they are tried and tested for me.
I posted this deal but for some reason HUKD removed it after moderation.

I accepted it but contemplating switching to Plusnet. They have a deal at the min £18.99 line rental and broadband but £50 prepaid Mastercard so works out at £16.50.

But I like sky, the speeds and service have been spot on :/ .

I got around £210 for 1 year from Sky, but it took quite a bit of politely asking 'are you sure that's your best deal? I'd like to stay with you but X are far cheaper'... I also had to pay upfront.

I asked to cancel my parents sky broadband through live chat a month or so ago, came straight back with a tenner off a month, so 8.99 all in! Surprised it was so easy. Heard others had same luck so worth a go through chat? This was without any call plans, but I was offered discounts on them.

https://www.trustpilot.com/review/www.onestream.co.uk good luck.

I decided against it after reading these
Amazing! I'm with Sky on £15 coming to end now so been calling for a few weeks not lowest they're giving me for BB is £22.50 ridiculous
I wouldn't go for this tbh after reading all the absolutely shocking reviews on Trustpilot. Read the replies by the company as well, looks very unprofessional and all they state is 'we cannot confirm if you are a customer so we cannot respond' - which seems like an easy way to brush off the review.

Pay the extra £10 and go with a reputable company imo
Landline BB will soon be a thing of the past - mobiles are killing off landlines for calls & sounds like 5G will do the same for Home BB. We manage on a 20GB three mobile BB & supplement with mobile hotspot if required (rarely). We took plunge because 4G is much quicker (BT way only offers copper BB not fibre). I even downloaded Windows 10 this week! Still got over a gig to last tomorrow!

Only when folk start ditching it will we see what it can actually be offered at. I think £10 is about right or high.

You are right. Fixed cable broadband needs to get really cheap or more profile will do what I've done and switch entirely to 4G. It's faster, cheaper and I can take it with me wherever I go. Including abroad when I enjoyed proper data hotspot all for free, rather than having to use cafe WiFi. £15 a month for me.

I wouldn't bother they are useless, after signing up and waiting 14 days I heard nothing so I chased them up only to be told someone had cancelled my order, they tried to blame sky who I'm leaving said would start from scratch again dont know what happened and would be another 10 days so I said I wasn't happy but ok.
Received email from them a few hours later they cancelled and will refund my 9.99 and the 13.99 line rental they already took from my bank.seriously not worth the grief.

It's the Sky Pay As You Talk with Line Rental & Broadband Unlimited @ £12.50
Current £15.00 deal was expiring, spoke to multiple people in chat over a few days and eventually got a decent guy. At first the best he offered was £13.99, I pushed harder and eventually he agreed to £12.50, so obviously I pulled the trigger and agreed!
* It's all about luck of the draw, right person at the right time! It's the 12 monthly merry go round! grrr

Funny you should mention Vodafone! Every year around this time Sky BB and Vodafone mobile come up for renewal, I dread it!

Sky, tick..sorted! Vodafone on the other hand are not playing ball this year. Their existing customer discounts have totally gone to pot! Used to be on a 50% disc, then 40% + some free line rental months, this year 25% disc and zero line rental free months. Annoying because I liked Vodafone for signal/speeds etc. but stuck right now and have requested PAC codes for the 2 lines I have.
Best they offered was a 2GB u/l plan @£9.10 and a 20GB u/l plan @13.80. May go the Sky mobile route but will wait for BF.

Oh wow we r in exactly the same predicament but u have done better then me.

So same thing,
Sky and Vodafone up for renewal in November every year.
Best I got with sky this year was 20 for line rental and BB
Vodafone u r spot on every year I get 50% off or 40% plus some credit or free line rental, this year I got the £22 line for 18, that’s it. The lower second line I have which I give to mum they wouldn’t budge either so going to love hers to the sky £3 half price 1GB tarrif
Not sure what to do about my main line as I use around 5-6GB data and use Spotify.
One route is to go via mobile.co.uk. They do Cashback, but not sure if that includes the same Spotify entertainment benefit

I understand where your coming from, but based on previous years they are 20-30% more expensive this time around, so I guess it's personally related.

Seconded! Also it's very interesting how they only have the issue of verifying the customers who leave negative reviews, while they have no problem at all identifying those who leave positive reviews as their customers! as their comments like "happy to have you as a customer" indicate. They seem like a VERY shady operation IMHO.

Real pity too as there is definitely room in the marketplace for a super budget ISP with this kind of pricing model and no obligation to take extra services like you get with Sky/Virgin...

That’s the thing is seems extremely shady and I wouldn’t trust them with my money.

The best ISP I’ve had is Hyperoptic hands down - I had 1GB broadband for £36 a month which was a dream (no landline). Unfortunately I moved out of my apartment and they don’t cover literally 99% of the UK
has one one of you guy taken up the contract?
the temp is high , but no first hand experience?
thanks
Any updated feedback on this, thinking of getting this for my mum
Signed up today...will report back here..

so far not so happy... they saying MINIMUM 10 full working days for service to start..

they dont know what speeds I will be getting.

they have already taken £9.99 for router

they will take first payment 10 days from signing up.. which sounds like a conn as there’s no guarantee they will have my B.B. up and running by then
Anyone had theirs cancelled? Os wrote to me today saying I wasn't in an area they service. Signed up two weeks ago
