Going on the price I would say they aren't something you would use to go running in...but I shouldn't judge a book by its cover.

Ideal for myself tho, down the beach for the kayak & paddle board.

Do you mind telling me what the sizing is like
I found the thin light mesh material splits easily along the toe line where the shoe flexes, also the foam soles ware quite quickly.

So I would say they are a cheap disposable pair of trainers have a value of somewhere around £10 at the most. One thing I do find quite annoying about them is because they have white non-conductive soles, there is a tendency to get a static shock when wearing them, especially when getting in and out of the car.

£7.74 is a fair price, but don't think for a second that you are getting a £30 pair of shoes for under £10.
