I have been road running on and off for the last 5 months on some basic Decathlon running trainers which has been an fantastic introduction to running. I usually run 3-5miles
Would these be a good replacement for a trainer that is more comfortable, has better support and recommended for regular road running?

I’d recommend going to a local running shop and getting fitted. Everyone’s different and depending on your gait, you might need something completely different. Adrenaline’s offer a lot of support for runners who overpronate. Even if you run a few miles, better to get something that’s right for you.

Anyone know how these fit. Normally I’m a uk10 in casual trainers is it recommended to size up by .5 or 1 in these types of shoes for running?

I’ve done that before, but don’t leave them too long as they will start to degrade.

Amazing first deal, great spot OP. I would snap up a pair, but just got some at RRP. Through my local running shop and got fitted at the same time so don’t feel too bad. The 23s are out soon, so explains why they’re on sale.

The Mrs just bought a pair a couple of month’s back, but at this price I nabbed her a spare for whenever they need replacing.

I've still got a pair of Adrenaline 18's, Ran well over 500 miles in them and they are still going strong! I added some elastic laces for extra comfort. Great price for Brooks 👌
