Why the heck would you want to move a printer, some people are never happy!
21kg isn't heavy, get yourselves down the gym!
Used printerland the other week on this deal for a couple quid more.

Upgraded from their smaller B&W laser. Google cloud print2 was the main draw. 3rd party toner will keep it going cheap, and if ita like my other brothers, very solid reliability, and at this price, a bargain

Cashback done online an in the bank account in a few days.

Be warned look up the dimensions and think about the size.. Its 'office size' and not a little box to hide away.. Compact for its capabilities but scores low on the wife approval rating, as i found out to my cost.

Brother inks expensive

This uses toner, and Brother offer a recycle service which is cheaper than buying new toner cartridges.
Bought this before Christmas on the £100 cashback deal. Takes 7 days roughly for it to get in your bank and the printer is big but works well. Think a full set of compatible toners is about £50

Be careful which "other sellers" you go for...

It's not exactly portable. I think the weight is over 21kg.
worked on these, not a home printer but awesome for a soho setup

Genuinely the only thing thats held me back from buying.
Bought one of these last year - can confirm, quite a massive printer and heavy too.

But have had no complaints.

Had a Brother printer a few years ago , stopped working just a couple days after warranty expired -so weird . Hmmmmmm..
I have had this printer almost a year now, at the time you got £100 cashback plus 3 year warranty. Compatible toners for a full set are under £40 on Flea bay but you will not need any for a while as this comes with full size toners. This printer is built for a commercial office environment , hence the size and weight, so if you have room it is plenty tough enough for the home . The prints are absolutely first class , sharp and good colour match, much better than my old inkjet.

Small flat?
I think the best thing you do for cash claim: buy it from a reputable company instead of Amazon then go trouble for asking invoice or the brother doesn't recognize the amazon seller and refuse to give money. Buy somewhere else instead of Amazon or Ebay
£184 at currys
Minus the £55 I have in vouchers from work i cant find anything to spend on
Minus £100 cashback
A4 colour laser for £29
No brainer
And just remembered i have £25 love to shop
Do i need a printer for £4???
Hmm
£167.19 you got ripped off mate amazon protection isnt great

pretty sure you would get a least a year's manufacturer's warranty free anyway

(box contains 1 x warranty card)

Unfortunately Google is killing Google Cloud Print at the end of this year. Annoying, I have been using it too for years, it just works, ehhh.... Worked :-(

I think that is purchasing from 'Aberdeen Digital' which is a one-man band. I doubt they're an authorised Brother reseller, thus cashback would not be payable.

lol, they didn't answer your question
If you need to move the printer, take the toners out, and reinsert them once moved.

Are Currys vouchers the same as the old Luncheon Vouchers that were used at Cynthias Paynes establishment?

For me it's OK as Amazon said "Order will arrive without any issue". So it's cover the issue I have raised and also it's from Amazon not from third party.

Disagree. I have it at home and very happy with it as a home printer especially instead of inkjet printers which dries out if you don't print too regularly.
Got one of these in the last deal, great printer thus far.

big. Yes.

love how I can print anywhere in the house from my phone or tablet as I’ve hooked the printer to the Ethernet port
I bought one of these from Amazon (dispatched & sold by Amazon) and got the £100 cash back straight into my account within a month of doing the registration with Brother. Was very straightforward.
In for one, wish it was an all in one with a scanner but this is cheaper than the monochrome AIO AND it's colour.

Don't buy it from Staples. Their after sales support is abysmal.
I have this printer. A mechanical fault appeared after 5 weeks.
Staples refused to help as "It's over 28 days old. After 28 days it's a manufacturers problem, not ours".

I tried arguing with them, mentioned the Consumer Rights Act (was the Sale of Goods Act), they don't care. "Company Policy is if it's over 28days since purchase, it's a manufacturers issue."

Spoke to Citizens Advice, who confirmed that Staples policy is unlawful, and that the problem should be resolved by Staples. CA said they'd passed the details on to Trading Standards, but I heard nothing more.

I did get in contact with Brother, who had an engineer out the next day, repaired the issue, and have had no problems since then.

I am happy with the printer, happy with Brother support.

I hope Staples online fails and goes bust, with their online complaints/ support apologist Jessie. E. sacked and made homeless. Utterly useless human being, and a waste of oxygen.

I have a few of these at work. As mentioned above, they are large and heavy, definatley dont recommend for small home/apartment. However, if you have the space, its a no brainer at that price (with cashback).
They are reliable, fast, print duplex, but the tray is only 250pages as far as i rememeber, which is pretty useless in a business environment (even though we make all the efforts to go as paperless as possible). Use non branded toners and its probably one of the best colour laser deals out there. Probably not worth replacing the drum though, at this price just get a new printer.... but then starts the eco friendly debate (landfill, environmental cost to recycle, etc...).
Brother drivers also seem to be bullet proof as ive had less issues than with equivalent HP printers.
Does anyone know if it's possible to claim the cashback without opening the box, if Amazon purchase didn't work, then I'd be able to return it
been 4 weeks and i still havent got my £100 back
