All toner consumption figures are based on a 5% to 6% coverage which equates to a typed A4 page any more than that i.e. solid areas will drastically reduce the number of pages per toner cart.

This was used to print a4 text invoices with a small logo and the rest txt

The toner that comes with all orders most are lower capacity than the replacements you then buy. I have the wireless version and is a great printer. New toner is 35 from argos or pc world but you can get copy toner for half that price or refill your own.

you should expect about 20% from the "introductory" cartridge

I got this printer about a year ago from Viking for about £35 delivered ....

Does the job well, used it quite frequently and i've only just had to change the toner, about £15 for a cheapie off ebay

Have no complaints

Im guessing mine was faulty as I had 3x toner from staples and they all lasted about 200 prints

here is the direct link: staples.co.uk/sea…130

its cheap to run as toner doesn't need chips to refill and cartridges are fairly inexpensive (around 15 quid) and drum doesn't need to be replaced at the same time unlike the samsungs and other makes as OP said.

Note total inc vat price is 50.22 with their their Ordercare which i couldn't seem to remove and also check to see whether you can get compatible drivers for your computer as this is now an older model.
