media is expensive but it is the next generation Babypress! Would snap this up if I didn't have access to the unit at work.

Would this be good for printing Labels for postage and stuff? Has anybody owned one of these before... Any good?

Does anyone know if this offer still on? Been a week since this was posted.

Now I can label the label printer...

Wouldn't use it for postage labels, better just buying the cheap version of A4 Avery labels and using word. I have this and to be honest they waste so much of the label its a joke. if you just need to print 1 thing you get about an inch of un printed label you need to cut off.

Thanks for the response. Any particular place you'd recommend purchasing from and how much roughly would you say it’ll cost. I've never done this before so this is all new to me, is this pretty straight forward doing it on word. Do I just put the label paper in the printer and it’ll print? Or do I select on options the printing style before. Sorry for all the questions. Appreciate the guidance.

Ebay be your best bet, I use a smaller set for my address on the back, and then bigger ones for address on the front. cant remember the exact label code but smaller ones have 24 on an a4 sheet and 6 per a4 sheet for the bigger ones. You go into mailing tab on word then just select the label code, type the address, select the label ie column 1 row 1 and press print.

Thanks picked one up today there were quite a few left at Chessington. Great for stopping people pinching my stuff at work (yes sad I know)

I got one this afternoon in Halton, Leeds. It's remarkably good, and 8 metre labels are about eight quid on eBay (the supplied starter cartridge is 4 metres). I bought a gold-on-black label cartridge from labelzone.co.uk for about 14 quid but it's going to look amazing.
