Have seen a few posts for it's little brother recently, this is the networkable version (wired and wireless). If you work in a multi PC environment this could be just the thing.

There are a number of other Brother models with cashback also

The QL-720NW makes label printing faster, easier and more affordable than ever before whether you're producing address labels, CD/DVDs, ID passes or barcode labels. Its compact size belies its big capability for performance, with the capacity to produce up to 93 labels a minute. Speed is just as impressive when it comes to setup, with no installation of drivers or software necessary for hassle-free plug and print usage.
As an additional bonus, the QL-720NW supports printing over both wired and wireless Networks.

These label printers print a single colour (usually black) on clear or coloured plastic (usually white). The label can be self adhesive. Seperate ink cartridges are not required. Although the machine is relatively cheap, the labels aren't. As with conventional printers, brother make money by selling consumables. Voted hot for the price nevertheless.

The address labels I use are thermal paper (self adhesive of course), not plastic.
A list of supplies here
You can pick up generic ones from auction sites to keep costs down, although from memory my last set of Brother ones were about £11 for 800.

Also, having used P touch labellers, the labels delaminated after a number of years.
Not like the original dymo labellers which were simple mechanical devices. I still have labels produced by those machines!

You know this is a different technology to the P touch ones right?
I also have a P Touch and agree that those supplies are expensive (just paid £8 for an 12mm 8m refill)
The QL range is for a different purpose

This particular model is cheaper at Leo Office supplies (link below). £99.59 inc vat and delivery, before cashback. It's not clear on the Brother website whether you can claim both the Cashback and 3 year warranty together, looks like a choice of one or the other to me ?

LEO OFFICE SUPPLIES

The pic above says 3yr plus cash back so I think that's clear enough.

just ordered the Brother QL-700 from eBay but might do this one and sell the other one. Wireless should be a lot better. Thnx for posting

That is a good price, Leo Office Supplies didn't show up when I did a Google Shopping search.
Never heard of them before but have purchased from Printerbase in the past.
