Sacha Baron Cohen and 'Borat' director Larry Charles reunite to bring the brilliantly tasteless exploits of Bruno to the big screen! When Europe turns its back on Bruno, he crosses the ocean to find fame in the US, but how will the American public take to the outrageous Austrian? Very badly!

When clueless homosexual fashionista Bruno, the presenter of Funkyzeit (the most popular fashion programme in every German-speaking country apart from Germany), is effectively banned from Europe following a disastrous incident at a show, he sets his sights on America. With his former assistant's assistant, Lutz, as his only ally, the fashionmonger tries to conquer the US as only he knows how - as tastelessly as possible! Will Bruno achieve the fame he so desperately craves?

I thought it was hilarious and my IQ is off the scale. I coach Carol Voderman for maths in my spare time, and Stephen Hawking had me on his "phone a friend" when he was on "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire"

If you did not like Borat, maybe not for you. But personally, I thought it was funnier.

(seriously tho, comedy is a personal thing. I found it very funny. no need to insult anyone else who did!)

Hahahaha hilarious movie!

Never laughed so hard at the cinema - we even got a bunch of people complaining because we were laughing too loudly haha

Loved Borat but thought that this was appalling. Not in a 'I'm really offended' sort of way, just in a 'this really isn't funny' sort of way.
Honestly, not a patch on Borat.

I took my 16 year old son and I had to stuff my cardigan in my mouth because I was laughing so loudly.

and regarding the comment about low IQ - utter rubbish.

was so excited about seeing this film, the tv version of bruno is far cleverer than any other character he does, but the film was a huge let down. Comes to something when the funniest moment involves a cross trainer, or a fullfrontal shot of a 'lovelength' Minimum Santzgaut.

Just the kinda people you DON'T want in a cinema...false laughing out loud just makes it less funny.....if you have to laugh that loud then either 1) there's something wrong with you or 2) you are taking some sort of substance

Did your cardigan leave a bitter taste in your mouth like the film did?

This DVD will be in the Poundshop very soon.

Like the characters/concepts themselves - Bruno is not as funny as Borat, who wasnt as funny as Ali G.

Wahooo!!!!!!! will be getting this, LOL

rated COLD, because watching it once in the cinema was awful enough.

Im not watching it, I thought Borat was ok, until he had the naked fight with his manager- how that guy had the guts to do that I dont know, he must have been paid very well.

That's DISGUSTING!!

You would probably find this funny if you're the kind of simpleton who laughed out loud about spider-pig.

This collection of moving images, connected together to last an hour and a half was one of the biggest letdowns of my life. Nothing clever, socially relevant, witty or even dark about it- just an embarrassing debacle that sacha bran cohen must have ran out of ideas for almost as soon as it was commissioned. So much so that he just used the same basic plot as borat, and just filled it with nonsense.

It wasn't that bad, but it wasn't a patch on his Bruno stuff from his HBO shows.

awful and discusting throughout, hardly made me laugh. i wouldnt pay £1 for this

False laughing out loud? Seriosly, if you have never laughed out loud uncontrollably then you must have no sense of humour. This film made me laugh so much I thought I was gonna puke.:w00t:

Seem like a lot of po faced comments about this comedy.

i actually think this was a very intelligent film, with numerous valid points to make about a series of serious social issues:
Homophobia, religious intolerance, self serving charity work, racism, fostering, exploitation of immigrant workers, the cult of celebrities and the lengths ordinary people will go to to make their children famous are all exposed, with some thought provoking results.

If you can't see that, I think it may not be the film that is lacking.

Plus it has some great knob jokes.

There's laughing out loud occasionaly which is fine....but to do it that loud and that often so that you are annoying everyone around you, especially to a poor film like this, is just unnecessary and fake.

though i did laugh at quite a few points during this flick, i cringed more!!

and that's not a negative criticism.
