Fab price
£10 each wow
works with Virgin?
I got the BT call blocker phones a couple of years ago and have never had a single nuisance call since.
A total godsend
Do these work with Talktalk?
Looks like a cheap deal, but a lot of 1 star reviews on Amazon. Also I'm a bit confused as several verified reviews are saying the handsets have no handsfree speaker function - the description above says it has handsfree speaker(?).

Yes via Call Guardian on BTs higher-end phones, but these phones do not offer that feature. These phones have a miserably lesser ability to "pointedly block up to 20 numbers and field sales calls."

Work with any POTS. The miserable attempt at callblocking feature will require CLI service to function (in)effectively.
Shame there isn't two for £20 I'd bite.
Despite the apparent lack of technical sophistication these type of phones are great.
However you do need caller ID service for them to work, hence lots of "refurbs" on ebay etc..
My old version only has 10 blocked numbers as well as overseas, withheld , no ID but 10 is enough to start with as the pests soon give up.
Recommended.

Given that I've had junk calls from in excess of 200 different numbers over the last 2.5 years, I'd have thought 10 or 20 was a complete waste of time. In fact attempting to fix the problem by blocking specific numbers is pretty much ineffective.
That is not my experience.
The vast majority of my junk calls were overseas - easily blocked on my cheap phones.
I can't remember the last junk call I had.
Fyi there is no loud speaker on these if your elderly and need that function.
That's a pretty amazing price considering what I think we paid for our similar ones a few years ago. Wonder how long these landline phones will be around. I'm just debating with the family whether we actually need ours anymore.
Love the Indian scammers when I have the free time to give them a rough ride.
