Will the cash back defo be paid out as all the claims i have made before im still waiting to be reviewed not sure if they will pay out these amounts or decline it?

I cannot recommend BT Fibre. I've had it since July and I can't wait to get rid. Regular disconnections make watching Netflix of an evening an absolute nightmare. Calls to BT are pointless. "up to 5 disconnections a day are considered normal and no fault can be raised" says tech support. I don't know what planet they're living on. Try to cancel as not fit for purpose. Cancellations won't cancel unless tech say they can't fix the fault, but tech don't accept there is a fault. So, £300+ buy out fee to cancel. They can jog on. Oh, the buy out fee includes for cancelling the BT TV btw. That's right, even though the TV is free, if you want to turn it off before 12 months are up you have to pay them. So, I'm stuck with a broadband service unfit for purpose and no means of moving back to Sky Fibre (excellent service) without paying a hefty ransom to BT the crooks. Save yourself. Even if it's free, it's not worth it with BT.

you will definitely get the cashback or master card or whatever, but you wont have any internet.

have just left sky to return to BT and can say both providers are the same regarding quality except sky are more willing to barter with regards staying with them and have always credited my account when theres issues but i have never received any of my free intro gifts with sky, still waiting for ipod touch from over 6 years ago and vouchers from leaving BT to join sky. Both are good and bad

qwerta - 14 months I had issues with my fibre 12 visits 7 different engineers re-wire from house back to pole etc, in the end they swapped my line in the local street box to a old payfone line and it's worked every since. They offered me out to cancel as they couldn't fix it but the issue is yes swap to Sky/TT etc but it still comes down the same line but you end up with a different call centre.

BT works great for me. No issues at all

Indeed, all provided by OpenReach so if transferring to someone else qwerta would still be dealing with BT at second hand which might be worse.
I believe if speed isn't what it is supposed to be within a certain ratio the contract can be repudiated but not sure about disconnections. Perhaps checking with Ofcom might be an idea for qwerta.

I am sure they will pay cashback and vouchers, please don't expect super duper fast broadband from BT, it's performance will drive you nutz, I am one of their recent victim suffering of performanzomania

Since my fix it sits at 38meg all day and night, the line drops twice a day this time moves each day but the light on the front used to be like a disco some nights.
Need to move it to a new house but going to set up a new account to cash in then transfer number.
Need to not get the new socket otherwise I can'[t use another router

£49 activation fee - COLD and quidco are scammers.
