Do they offer BT sports with this deal?

I think its free for six months then £7 on a 12 month contract so just another £3.50 a month. Then give them a call after six months for another six free then pay the £7 for the remainder so you'll get 18 months and just pay £7 for six months making £42 / 18 = £2.33 a month. Thats what I did last time

Really good deal! I took out a extremely similar deal with BT a couple of weeks ago but ended up cancelling and going with virgin because of the extra speed and same price.
Unlimited Infinity 1 customers got a free upgrade to Infinity 2 which started last year so don't forget to ask , im on my 2nd year with BT which I had Infinity 2 but they downgraded me to Infinity 1 then a free speed upgrade to Infinity 2 meaning my montly bill came down from £60 to £33 but that does included unlimited calls and bt sports.
I have been with BT forever and have just checked my upgrade offers (I am currently on unlimited broadband + calls £42.99 per month)

- Unlimited BT Infinity 2 + calls £47.99 a month
18 months Includes BT line rental
Looks a good deal but be aware BT like to up the price twice a year
TandC state going through cash back you won't get the Amazon vouchers... anyone else managed to get both?
Save yourself the agro and don't bother
You are looking to get £31.50 cash back for going from TopCashback to Broadbandgenie, then the offer, not going from TCB directly to BT. BT are sneaky changing the base price depending on which route you take to their site (so go from Quidco and Infinity 1 Unlimited shows as £35.99 per month.

Raised two issues only this morning.1) TCB hasn’t tracked, raised a claim2) was expecting a £120 reward card but they’ve issued one for £60 and are saying it was meant to be £60. I’ve sent them screen shots of it showing £120 whilst I was signing up[Image]

Emails are not the most effective way of dealing with this issue. It happened to me a few months ago when they sent me £125 reward card instead of £150. I opened chat with them, uploaded evidence (screenshots and confirmation emails etc) and there and then they applied the remaining £25 on my account plus extra £10 for not getting it right. So I will suggest you stop email and go on chat for quick resolution. I even left 4 months after signing up as a result of the price increase, having bagged £150 plus £90 from quidco and also selling the BT router on ebay. I am going to rejoin with this deal again and will quit as soon as they increase price which will most likely happen within the next 6 months.
I got the free upgrade when I renewed my contract with BT but nowt else. It doesnt surprise me they are shirking on their cash back deals. They were as bad with their Amazon vouchers. Report them to Trading Standards if you need to. Having said that I have yet to find a decent alternative provider. Ive read loads of horror stories about sky retention's making it difficult for people to leave. I cant get Virgin and the rest dont seem up to much. The BT service is actually fast and reliable. If anyone can tell me of a better alternative I am happy to give it ago

Says £35.99 via tcb

It does but then you are going to Broadband genie first from TCB before taking up the offer, not TCB to BT. Hopefully the Op will update the details to make that clearer.

Can't argue with the 3 mentioned, absolutely shambolic. I think firms are getting worse not better as well if that's even possible

I just don't think utilities have ever properly understood people.

Even back in the days of NTL (NTHell) things were no better.
Thanks op ordered seems best going atm

Use a different email & name (i.e. your wife's) during the sign up and you should be good to go.
Amazon voucher via Broadband Genie expires 15 March.

I'm ready to buy, but can you help --- which channel has lowest total price for BT fibre during the contract?

Is it the one posted here, or is it involving quidco.com/bt-…nd/ or topcashback.co.uk/bt-…nd/

Unlimited Infinity 1 + Calls is fine for me.... or whatever other product combination that makes fibre optic at BT cheap....

There's so many short-term discounts, cashbacks, Mastercards, that it makes my head spin!
I ordered this 2 days back and the connection activation date shows as 27-Mar. I already have openreach socket in my flat. Will it actually take 2 weeks for the activation or its just shows maximum number of days for activation? I am new this.
I've ordered mine now and the activation date shows as the 23rd March. I suppose it will depend on availability of the BT engineers within the area. The date stated should be the earliest date possible for the line to be active, so all being well; you get it active on that day. You can track the process by login into your BT account with the credentials used during the sign up.
Hi, I am wondering if anyone can help me please and reassure that I have done everything right to claim all the bonuses. I went to broadband genie through TCB, however I had not confirmed registration through email when signing up to TCB. I did that after. Will I still receive the cashback? With Broadband Genie, I used the same email for registering with BT however in a different name, will I still receive the amazon voucher? Then on to BT, after I purchased the BT package, I checked my BT rewards as stated above but nothing mentions the £150 pre paid card. How do I know I am still receiving this card too? Thanks in advance.

You have got yourself in a pickle there! To receive TopCashback you needed to be registered - it prompts you to do so before you leave their site so if you did that, you should be fine (even if you hadn't confirmed your email, you were logged in?). I haven't used Broadband genie so don't know that stage, but assume if you used the same email, that is the identifier from them to BT. BT offer is then with them - it shows when you order on screen but I was also surprised not to see it mentioned in the confirmation email. When I click on the reward claim button though it shows I have an offer (not what the offer is!) and as I only installed today it hasn't updated yet.
Edited by: "Anon" 15th Mar
Just as an update, once the install was completed I could press the claim button - there was no indication of the offer, but an email came through confirming what I had claimed. Unfortunately it does not match the offer what was showing on the page when I ordered, so something else to chase up .

How do I get the Amazon voucher ? I've placed my order few days back and entered my email when ordering but haven't had any voucher
