£5 discount for broadband customers. With 5GB extra data and £2 off a month & a £70 prepaid Mastercard.

Only worth it if you are already a BT customer, works out less than £15 a month. Or £20 if non BT customer and need WiFi Calling access (which then is its selling point)

BT Mobile like EE includes WiFi Calling, unlike sister Plusnet Mobile.

(If you require ALL-inclusive 27 international roaming countries & WiFi Calling - 12m sim 20GB for £20 ono2 with £50 Quidco = £190 all in)

The WiFi calling is rubbish. I had them for a month and had to switch. Great deal for those who can get reception

Shouldn’t be unless uber slow down/upload speeds on broadband
The way it works is if it thinks your cellular signal is ok it won't use the WiFi feature. That's what makes it rubbish for me. Hardly ever kicked in
You can switch on Airplane mode and then switch WiFi on and have WifiCalling - it shuts down the mobile ‘radio’ but you still have full mobile functions, Android used to do the same...

The link for the bt reward card doesn't work, not sure if you need to purchase for the link to work but its not a good sign, especially after reading about issues in getting the bt reward card.

It’s a direct reward, easy enough to get a cheque/faster payment out BT than a cashback site
I'm with BT infinity, but BT Mobile reviews are awful enough to put me off.
We have 3 mm mobiles from BT. Has been flawless for years, it's just using EE. They gave me a mobile signal booster when I moaned about coverage. Had to hassle a bit for the latest cashback but then they accidentally paid me twice

Well at least you speak to a U.K. based BT staff member...that won’t happen on Three/o2 or Vodafone most or all are offshore/third party. Vodafone has a minority of call centres actual staffed with Vodafone employees. Frankly you get the odd numpty on EE/BT mobile call centres but the minority is always better than the majority - I find the Irish based EE mobile staff so friendly and willing to help more than the U.K. staff!
Had an email from BT saying that if I commit to another 12 months I will get 25gb instead of 20gb for £16.

Struggle to use 10gb as it is, will just leave it go onto a rolling contract until a good EE offer comes up.

Last time I switched it worked out to just under £7pm for my current contract.

Do you mean reward card?
Did anyone buy using the link in post? It has some deals not available on normal bt site. But when you try to buy a package it goes to a weird looking page that doesn’t look like it’s part of the BT website. Any advice?
