And it's already getting cold because people vote of the front page where they don't see all the detail. Nice one

BT broadband is great, their land line phone is a bit of a rip off (voicemail is extra) and the sim is OK.

I never watched their TV so can't comment on that.

76mb internet
BT entertainment max one below 4k which I don't need anyway
Weekend calls
6gb sim
45 a month plus landline which I pay yearly.

Not quite the same package but told BT what Plusnet deal I could get and they said take it! Not voting on price but doesn't look that cheap.

You are aware BT own Plusnet.

Doesn't look a bad deal to me; especially with the Sport thrown in and the cashback and gift cards. Thanks for posting; added my bit of heat.

BT Sport is not actual tv channels they stream if the internet so quality isn’t amazing

Won't stay that price for long. They put my bill up by £ 2.50/ month when I was 6 weeks into a 12 month contract

Just been offer Infinity infinity 2, 76mb for £27.40 including line rental which I would pay in advance. Internet works out at £10 a month. 12 month retention deal.

You have the right to cancel your contract if you get a price rise.

There is nothing wrong with my tv the quality is fine but it lags a lot because it streams through the internet

Dembaba are you using wifi or ethernet? ethernet is well worth it and BT will supply a really really long cable if you need( they gave me one) also you should be on at least 50 meg( though BT have just given me 75 for free).. if you have the above then maybe the problem is other people in your house using the wifi too? I have to agree with longbowassassin and say the quality is literally fantastic, though i do live alone and only i use any bandwidth.. try ringing BT as well.. and this may sound daft.. but it took me a week to figure out the tv guide on the box... i spent first week watching standard tv before realising that if i scroll down theres hd as well as uhd.. also you can tweak the settings in the box itself.. good luck and I am sure you'll get it fixed and watch excellent quality asap :-)

As others have said, it was good enough to watch Rangers-Motherwell yesterday in UHD and the quality was actually pretty amazing (the picture quality that is...)

Correct, you can leave the contract but you also lose the 50 quid set up fee they charged me and also what ever I paid for the router. They shouldn't be allowed to increase it anything, that's the whole point of a contract

Certainly am which makes it all the more ridiculous them incentivising me to switch from BT to Plusnet. Cheap deal, prepaid VISA and TopCashBack. And hopefully better then BT. At least Plusnet call centre appear to be UK based.

No-one reads the contract which presumably says they can increase the price!

This might be cheaper than it usually is but I think it might be worth holding out for some better offers.

Just a few weeks ago I got

Ultra HD Max Tv Package
52MB unlimited infinity 1 (with a free upgrade to infinity 2 by mid November)
6GB sim unlimited mins and data

£125 Mastercard
£90 Amazon credit

also £90 currently being tracked in topcashback. (might not payout but fingers crossed)

£9.99 upfront
£53.49 a month
