My broadband contract is out soon so was looking on her for deals and saw the Planet one posted earlier. I think this is better deal for those who want fibre and can put the effort in. Sign up to this and you get:

Unlimited Infinity 1
weekend calls
Starter TV package
BT Sport (free for 6 mths then £3.50 a month)

There is £59.99 set up fee which includes a BT Hub & You view box (pause rewind live TV,, catch up via the TV guide etc.) However you get £180 cashback from Quidco plus a £110 MasterCard reward card.

18 month contract so..

£29.99 X 18 = £539.82 +£59.99 set up = £599.81 + (£3.50*12) £42 BT sport = £641.81

Take off the £180 cashback and £110 MasterCard = £351.81

Divide that over 18 months = £19.55 a month.

Has anyone got a better broadband deal please? I need fibre and BT sport is a bonus..

hahahahahahaha
Only £120 for this package on quidco. Need to add SIM cards to get the larger amounts
I want to move from BT ..the sky offer looks good . Connection drops .so fibre at last .
This is a good deal! Note - that if you do it through quidco, you don't usually get the option of the reward card.
Correct me if I'm wrong! But that's usually the case with these BT Deals.
You then have to edit the affiliate link so you get both, which I hear can be done.

unless you use the questionable Quidco deal this is either a deal or not, Personally I gave up on quidco after 5 years as it just no longer worked and support was useless, I hope others have better experience.

I am already with BT, did a similar deal last year and got the cashback & prepay MasterCard no problems. The Partner will be the, ahem, "new" account holder this time..

I did similar deal last year and it paid out fine, with the MasterCard too. In fact I've never had an issue with them, have around 40 transactions, all paid out fine.

Sadly, my experience has been the other way, no issues with BT, had issues with Sky!

Funnily enough, I found that they were quite good with quidco cashback.

They paid out for me on a order that I cancelled! Think i was just lucky, but I hear that's it happened to others as well

My bad you are quite correct. So it'll work out £22.88 a month... Hmmm. Did quite fancy BT sport though.

Do you actually wait for your 12month contract to fully finish before you get the (new account holder /partner) to 're sign

As I'm planning to do the same but my current contract ends 6th of June so I'm within my 30 days to cancel/move so I'm unsure.

I thinking of just signing her up now but would much appreciate the advice

Thanks
You can choose an "installation" or start date for your new contract so when you sign up just choose the date after your current contract expires and you'll have virtually uninterrupted service.
