Misleading content: As Usetheforceluke pointed out, neither Cashback, nor vouchers can be equated to monitary value, as cashback is not guaranteed and a voucher for a supermarket is not legal tender.

Therefore content should be adjusted to:
Yearly Cost: £405.85
Monthly Cost: £33.82

Not sure if this will track to payable.

If it runs smooth great deal, if it goes wrong good luck with the so called customer services! Worst ever by a country mile

Still got my Sainsbury vouchers from over 2 year ago (must try something worth going Sainsbury to spend em on....any Sainsbury deals on here?:0 )
It tracked with BT around 2 years ago anyhow!

Terrible company to deal with, although a good deal if you have no problems with them! I still have my sainsburys vouchers too! I will be leaving BT come March, though.

Awful company to deal with but its a good price if you're willing to put up with BT.

Good deal heat added

Apparently if your an exsisting BT broadband customer, you can now get BT TV for free.

Now, I'd grab this offer but I can't see me being able to use it on a non BT broadband line as it is my mother whom has BT broadband.

do bt ever do any good deals for existing customers? ....

Been unable to log in to any of the added BT benefits since having broadband installed, BT sport, BT cloud etc. Wrong email address, wrong password, wrong mothers maiden name, wrong underpants on...

I give up.

I'd jump at this deal however on my current BT line via Sky Broadband Fibre I barely manage to get 20 Mbps let alone 38 Mb. Still heat added for a good deal if you can achieve the 'promised' speeds.

Am I reading this right...? It says you can only 'claim' your Sainsburys voucher when your broadband is up and running.
So does that mean you must have BT installed within 9 days from now?

Please please please whatever you do dont do it! I took the recent offer with £165 tcb and £100 sainsburys voucher over 2 months ago. My plusnet line transferred to them over a month ago and i have been without a working home phone ever since. BT are now asking for £129 to fix the line (and will take this from the £160 line rental saver i paid a year in advanfe thus reverting me back to the standard extortionate monthly line rental rates). My line worked perfectly up until the day BT took over the line!!!

Not only this but 2 months on and no sign of any sainsburys voucher or cash back (despite tcb stating BT are "fast paying" within 4 weeks.

If you try to call them you only get automated services or if youre lucky the indian call centre who dont care, dont listen or do anything (in fact they lied to me saying they had amended my direct debit due date when they hadnt costing me £35 in bank charges which BT refuse to refund) and i dont understand half of what they are saying.

All I can say is AVOID however good the deal seems as it will cost you dear in the long run

Will this really track if I copy and paste the link on the browser quidco opens?

None of these companies care about their existing customers, they just hope you're too lazy to change.

Hmm... the difference in amounts between cashback and non-cashback is not worth the risk IMO, a risk especially heightened when using your own URLs.

It tracked pretty much instantly when I ordered mine.

Good luck with getting the cashback off this scumbag company. They kept me waiting on my order for over 7 weeks, which is conveniently the cut off time for any cashback offer. To be precise, they waited 7 weeks and 2 days to send me my first bill. At this stage, Quidco no longer care as they can do nothing.

I ended up with a sum total of £5 off my first 3 bills from these cretins. They themselves disputed the £150 cashback (that's what it was at the time) claiming there had never been such an offer.

Best of luck to you if you go for this and if you get it, fantastic.

I'm pretty sure that copy pasted links would invalidate cashbacks

Unbelievably atrocious customer service, I wouldn't touch if they were free. Long story but the amount of massive cockups they made on a business install for a client I work for was beyond words. How broadband even works in this country with these jokers owning the infrastructure is a huge mystery to me.

echo every other comment. atrocious customer service. got it installed eventually and got my quidco and sainsburys. I have to say that they have been OK since.

Good deal so I've gone for it - I was waiting for another EE £150 cashback deal and was actually on the phone to them this morning to see if I could get anything out of the EE callcentre.

It's always a risk waiting for cashback, but I've used several of these large payout cashbacks for broadband and I've always got my money eventually. I would say though that I'm noticing a lot of comments about TCB not paying and I experienced the same with them recently over a £40 Dell cashback, so hopefully this deal will be okay with Quidco.

Much better than the deal I ordered the same time last year, 6 months free, £150 cashback, £100 sainsbury voucher on 18 month contractt. I would not recomend them and as soon as I can get out of this contract, I will switch to sky. Has been an absolute nightmare, 4 failed install visits, unable to port my number, the tv box has been problematic crashing and hanging, this has been replaced six times. The cashback was automatically cancelled because of the failed install attempts, which cancelled the original order without my authorisation. The installation had to be redone and fix plaster that was hacked out by the first attempt, cables from my tv were damaged. Still waiting for them to fully sort it out a year later. Cashback rate is currently very high, they have lost a lot of business, I would urge anyone to stay clear of BT

not a fan of BT but you cant expect them chase thousands of customers to give better deals.

with BT when out of contract (as any other) ring to Customer options/cancellations and see whats available. Some cases same deal at cheaper cost. always compare your market dependant on what you want or needed.

I'm a exsisting bt broadband customer how do you get the free TV?

Just joined BT from Virgin. From 100MB now to 75MB.

I get faster downloads, 3 x faster upload speed and no damn buffering at peak times (Virgin eurrgghh)

Didnt get the TV though. I await my vouchers and cashback. Have only rang CS once and it was offshore (nothing different to Virgin)

Good deal & thanks for posting; but what's the cooling off period for cancellation in case quidco does not track?

how is this getting so hot and the sky offer died

Which is great for those of us that aren't lazy!

Regarding service levels, this has been my experience over recent years:

NTL - Easy setup, good service, problems leaving. Expensive
BT - Easy setup, good service, easy to leave. Expensive
Sky - Easy setup, good service, problems leaving. Cheap
Orange (Now EE) - Easy setup, good service, easy to leave. Cheap
Plusnet - Problems with setup, good service, hopefully easy leave! Cheap

It's basically luck of the draw - you'll find a range of opinions about any company.

I wouldnt let the people complaining on here put anyone off as every telephone / bb company has problems with switching, often due to the old provider cancelling orders of the new provider to take the service over for the line

So check every telecom deal on here and always people moaning about that supplier be it talk talk, sky, plusnet blah blah

Personally ive had no problems with BT at all since I switched to them and would recommend this deal

I feel the same. Any one tryed in past like this

I have been using BT over last month and the speed they provide is very poor. I have got Fibre connection and they promised speed up to 38 Mb. But it has never crossed 10 Mb making it a normal broad band.

It's worked for people in the past, but I'm not sure how the claim dates work. I've just ordered and been given an install date of the 14th Jan, but the Sainsburys cash has a timer with 9 days on it - in the terms it's not clear if the timer is for ordering or claiming. Oh and my Quidco tracked at the full amount instantly.

good luck to anyone going from llu to bt, your gonna need it.

why on earth are we speaking to people from another continent when there are perfectly employable people who may understand how broadband works on our doorstep?

share price is up, profits are up, bring the customer support home.

Great deal however when BT are offering it its the worst possible deal to take even if it was £1 a month they are pure scums to deal with, with very laggy internet avoid at all costs you have been warned.
P.s was with them before and not one month went by where i hadn't made 5+ calls speaking to a rahul pretending to be a peter or a raj pretending to be a dave

When did u place the order

What if you need a new BT line?

Gollywood

What if you need a new BT line?

Go with Plusnet or EE when they have a £150 cashback deal on. I'm pretty sure that they charge £60 for a new line and they say it's "half the cost of BT". Never go for Sky because as someone else mentioned it can cause major problems when changing due to being a LLU line.
