Some very good offers with BT broadband at the moment. Up to £100 Sainsbury's vouchers and up to £110 cashback with Quidco if you take BB/Phone & TV.

Also, if you take the TV service you get a free Youview box as well and they are upwards of £150 to buy.

Infinity 1 is £7.50 a month for 3 months instead of £15 and Infinity 2 is £20 instead of £26.

I moved to them before Xmas for the whole lot.
£141 up front for the Line rental and £31 a month for phone/tv and infinity 2 equals about £44 a month so cheaper than Sky. Then I get £100 Sainburys voucher and £110 cashback so that makes about £26 and you get a free Youview box and homehub 5. No brainer for me rather than paying Sky over £50 for normal BB, TV and phone.

I am a current BT customer and am on a lousy deal. In the New Year I will be looking for another provider. Has anyone got a better deal from them when calling to cancel? Do they have a retentions department?

I am paying £15.45 line rental and £19.90 for Infinity option 1 (40GB download limit)..

I think it's like insurance, you have to change every now and again. Sky wouldn't do me a good deal for fibre BB even though I have been with them for 5 years so I've moved to BT on this occasion.
Next time it will probably be Sky that give me a good deal to go back!

Try Plus network

Still waiting for the vouchers 2 months later and I seem to get faster speeds at work with normal broadband. Rubbish. Dont bother.

BT deals always look really expensive to me compared to other providers

last year they gave me £10 a month discount on my infinity 2, then this year they said £4, so it varies plus moved to plusnet, it's cheaper anyway same speeds no problems you can even still use the same homehub as plusnets router was pants haha

Infinity was meant to arrive at start of Decemeber and............ it didn't and I don't see any work going on next to the exchange or area
I was with Be There who got bought by SKY and I have not changed. I get 24mb download BUT if I go to switch they say 19mb - is that because they have no idea what they are talking about and are scared of the "I don't get X which you said" or is 24meg not poss? seems strange if I have it now.

Pointless comment as we have no idea what work have! You are not really saying that infinity is rubbish - are you?

Watch out for the Infinity 1 option with a usage limit.
They reduced it in December, used to be 40 GB per month, now 20 GB per month

Got infinity 80/20 service an predicted speeds were 49/11 but actually get constant speeds of 71/14 an about 600m from nearest green box. Never had any issues my sainsburys vouchers took a month or so to come (remember you need to apply for them after like two weeks of having the service to request the vouchers they won't come automatically) homehub 5 is much better than the hub 4. BT sport is also decent starting to pick up more content (Just got NBA!!)
