wouldnt touch them with a barge pole i managed to escape from them as they increased the price. after never having a correct bill for years with them adding services that i never asked for took me a month to get the money back at the end of contract when they took out of my bank that they shouldn't have they owed me 55 quid and charged me 4 quid to send me a letter telling me they owed me money that i had phoned 3 times about each time telling me it would be back in my account in 7 day so took 28 days
ive had a good broadband service from them, stable whereas sky the speed was slower, I go tthe previous deal with a prepaid cc but now thats coming to a end they want 29.00 a month so may move if i can find a reliable company and not sky.
Absolute garbage - sky q and fibre is the 🐕!!!
i've just joined them, been with them 1 week, so far so good and less money than sky wanted.
Never had a problem with them. Moved 4 mobiles over to them also.

We got Sky Q multiscreen but our internet is Infinity, when we moved in here late last March BT was doing such a top deal on a 12 month contract it would have been lunacy to say no. To be fair they've never let us down once during the last ten months and the speeds we get are lightning fast, especially when you consider we live out in the sticks like a tiny village in rural Lincolnshire.

That's what we been paying but we got £100 Quidco cashback and £150 pre-paid Mastercard too so take 21 quid a month off that instantly obviously we chose to get the BT Sport and unlimited calls add ons. I will gladly stay with BT if they do us the unlimited fibre and line rental for 29 quid a month come renewal time.

They actually put my speed up to that as some kind of Brucie bonus for no apparent reason a few months ago I remember getting a mail or maybe even a letter in the post telling me they was upping my speed as some kind of gift. I would have understood it if I had kicked off about something or cancelled my inclusive calls or something else but they just literally doubled our speed overnight as a goodwill gesture out of the blue!

At the minute the system don't appear to be offering me any deals, just quoting me that full whack 48 quid a month after the current contract elapses in March.

So as shocked as I am to say this about BT, seeing we been so happy with their service I really hope they offer us what we're on at the minute for the next year and we'll gladly stay with them.

If it ain't broke why fix it kind of thing
