Do have any problems in with line quality / resetting Jack? Some people have had issues on this @ Amazon and any feedback will be great

No problems for me Edi, so far.

I have to say I dont like this phone at all. Bought a single handset before xmas from Argos on a half price offer. To be fair it has some nice features on it but thought it was a very poor built quality, cheap and nasty, has more the feel of a kiddies toy phone than a serious tool. Needless to say I took it back the next day for a refund. I actually think BT branded phones are usually quite okay as phones go but in this instance I think they are well short of the mark.

But as the saying goes......its each to their own, nevertheless I will be betting quite a few people chasing this deal up will be very dissapointed with the goods.

My experience of BT branded phones has been nothing short of horrendous. I can't comment on this particular model but out of 5 BT DECT Phones that we have purchased and our family all of them have developed faults within 2 years. The most recent was only 8 months old, and still haven't received a refund from the BT shop, apparently something to do with the shop changing hands !

I have switched to Philips DECT phones and so far they seem fine, I honestly think BT branded phones are built as cheap as possible to obtain the greatest profit margin for BT. So my advice is don't bother with BT phones.

Currently own Philips DECT sets which have been going for nearly 4 years now

I used to buy nothing but BT phones till a couple of years ago, up until then they were really well made but having seen and used some of the latest ones they aren't a patch on what they used to be. Menu layout was really poor, and the buttons made of very soft rubber. I'm still very pleased with the models I have though.

I bought the double pack from Argos when they were half price before Christmas and my Mam also bought them. THESE PHONES ARE POO!!! the display sometimes gors blank and you have to turn the phone off and on again to get it back on. Then sometimes your cut off when in the middle of a call. Took mine back and exchanged them but the same problems arose. Then my Mam said she had the same problems. Then lo and behold they are suddenly available in a much better looking black. That really p***ed me off. Having to grin and bear it with these phones. My advice, choose something else.

spectacularly good timing - phone packed up yesterday and been looking at phones today to replace! I did look at the pale blue versions of these (Aqua?) but although they were a little dearer I couldn't see any noticeable difference between the two! Nice deal, voted hot hot hot

To those who have this, can I ask if there's a feature where you can have it switch to silent during certain hours? My last lot of phones did that and it was really handy. (Got business colleagues abroad who forget the time difference :x)
Also can you personlise the incoming ring tones to individual contacts so you can tell who's ringing from the tone?
Thanks

Man, that is one ugly set of phones.

Shortest bargain time ever. Purchased an hour ago, already on their way back to Argos. Much bigger than they look (no wonder none of the pics has a hand for comparison - these things are nearly the size of bricks), but also feel like they're made by Fisher Price. Cheap, plasticky, inevitably gonna break the slide mechanism soon. Eugh, awful.
