These get terrible reviews everywhere, I was going to buy them for this price a few months ago until I read the reviews. The phone looks good but is supposed to be rubbish.

In orange for £17:99 telephonesonline.co.uk/det…son

Thats price in a few other places IIRC.

I have one of these. They are truly awful phones. Stay well clear!

google says u can get it even cheaper

These phones are pretty bad - I had 3 and to be honest - I was happy when they packed up.
If you want a good phone go for the panasonics everytime.

This one is great for £30 with answerphone

and for £50 - this is great value for 2 handsets

Trust me - avoid Mango - the design may look nice online but it is really really horribleand completely un ergonomic. its like holding a bar of soap. Too deep and blocky. The display is terribly basic and feel like its straight out of the 80's. Sound quality is like listening to people stood in a very deep hole. Surrounded by owls.

Check any forum you like, the panasonics come out on top and I couldn't agree more.

x

Does anyone else have any good recommendations for a phone?

I got my £ 34.99 Panasonic KX-TG7122E (TWIN SET) delivered on Monday and am well pleased with them - superb quality.

They were also from Woolies, but I cant find the deal now - check out the Woolies website

These are the ones.... ]clicky
As I suspected, they're out of stock, but keep your eye on them.

I also have Panasonic phones, they are great.

Bought one of these last november from Argos. This phone is nothing but ****. if you dare buy it, dare not to mind it switching on and off several times everyday. cannot rely on a decent 30 mins call without it being switching itself off and on again.
phones performance is as worst as the good its looks are.
just a word of caution. However, great price though. I had paid the same price at Argos last november.

Okay so it's a good price for a cr*p phone by the sounds of it. I'll stick to a big brand.

it does look cool but it sounds like it's style over substance....i got the cheap panny's from woolies as well and while they are plug ugly they are great with good solid build and great sound quality....

This phone is way over priced....by about £24.99!!....shockingly bad, dont waste your money.
