Thought I'd post this. My contract runs out at the end of the month and on two occasions they offered me this so definitely not a one off. I'm not a big spender, generally don't use more than my allocation, I am however already a broadband customer. I had to go for it in the end as aside from WiFi calling issues with my sim-free S7 Edge, I've been very happy with them.

Do u have broadband with them?
Superb deal, I’ll give it a go as I’m on the Unlimited Mins & Text, 15Gb Data plan paying £15 per month. This includes a £5 discount due to being a BT Broadband Infinity customer.

I only use about 5Gb, 300mins and maybe 100mins per month. Doesn’t seem worth going on a lower plan and paying more.

Exactly same situation. I tried asking them if they have a slightly lower data plan for less than £15 but all they offered me was 10GB for £12! So I thought might as well pay the same and get the extra 10! Might come in handy for holidays to EU...
@mailmikey For the WI-FI calling you have to flash the EE EVR firmware to get it working. Had to do the same for my SIM-free Galaxy S8 - now I've got both WI-FI and 4G calling. BT support don't have a clue!

Just flash from Sammobile using Odin (only if you are comfortable with doing this of course).

Thanks @jamie015 but not that clued up with flashing and knowing my luck I'd probably end up bricking it! Unless there's an Idiot's guide link you can recommend?
I got offered 50gb and unlimited everything else for £20
Plus extra speed 4g
That is good. But I hardly use 5GB let alone 50 so I'd rather keep the fiver!
Partner got offered 15gb and everything unlimited for £0 per month!!!!!!

This is well explained: android.gadgethacks.com/how…37/

Regarding step 1, you can also get firmware from Sammobile which I found easier. Backup with Smart Switch beforehand though!
For £3 more you Could get 35gb from BT as that's a standard retention deal they do.
For all these retention deals surely it's dependant on what you get offered and not what others are offered?? Can I quote the deal someone else says they got offered on here when negotiating mine?
I got offered 20GB and unlimited everything else for £15. I took it as I was already paying £12 for 6GB. Good deal
They offered me 35GB 4G with extra speed for £18 a month including Broadband discount in retentions. Happy with that
New to BT Mobile but got 20GB Unlimited calls etc, BT Sport for £15, plus also got a £70 prepaid reward card.

I'm a BT Broadband user, got that via their online chat.

Have you used bt mobile abroad yet mailmikey ? The reason I ask is because I was in france a month ago with my bt sim and was really disappointed with the speed. Average around 1 or 2 meg..Just wondering if I was a victim of a one off..

Everyone can get this and you should of gone through cashback for an extra £60 and the mastercard from BT.

How do you claim Quidco on a deal that isn't advertised online?

I have last year and don't remember having a particularly slow speeds. May just be the network you were piggybacking at the time in France? Maybe you can manually choose which network to use on behalf of BT Mobile?
Yeah I got offered this or 35GB for £18.

But accepted the £15 offer as I don't need the extra data. Thanks.
Which provider does BT piggy back off, I’m guessing. O2?
