And what if you can't get Virgin in the area where you live?

Be careful not to choose one of these ‘fly by night’ agents so prevalent these days

Have you got a link for that Flipper ?
I wish I did, it was a retention offer but took 3 seconds to negotiate
Move to a new build end of month. Tried to move sky to be told BT have direct to house fibre and and also they have some contract with the builder so I can't use any other internet provider. WTF

You can use any openreach FTTP provider (Zen, BT, A&A, Cerberus Networks etc). FTTP offers speed's upto 1gbps if your willing to pay for it so your actually lucky compared to just having Virgin instead.

No sir. More likely story is the house has FTTP and Sky can not provide that do they have spun you a line that only BT can. Actually not true, providers other than BT also can.
Yes FTTP Is what they said. Is that good then. Lol

Yep, sky is apparently going to offer FTTP with openreach sometime later this year.

I switched from Virgin to BT a few months ago Samsung Galaxy Tab A, £120 cashback and £80 Mastercard.
I get 47mbps down on average and 9mbps up on a 50mb connection @ £29.99 per month. The BT router is far superior IMO.
BT customer service is poor, will never use them again.
Topcashback offering up to £175 cashback also.
Not sure how much it's tracking for ?.
Anyone
What size is the tablet, can't find the info on website

The previous BT tech deal which i got, it was a Samsung Galaxy 10.1 Tab A 2016 model, so probably the same.
I switched to NowTV broadband. £25 per month. 30 day rolling contract, no home line. Just simple flexible decent broadband. £60 fee if you don't want a 12month + contact but I think it's worth the flexibility.

Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 2019
No idea why this is so cold, but I'm guessing just for the sake of it.

Good deal imo.
Has any existing BT customer (out of contract) attempted to get this deal?
I called the retention department and was told this is only for *NEW* customers.
Any options?
I was initially told the same for the previous tech deal (including a JBL sound bar) but then they eventually agreed to it for an 18 month re-contract

Same here I move on 28th June..and just found out I can only have BT! Soo annoying as I could have haggled with Sky for a better Broadband deal
