BT are offering their Unlimited Broadband half-price £8 per month for 12 months

BT Unlimited Broadband + BT Sport App + Line Rental + unlimited Wi Fi £19.75 monthly if you pay the line rental annually (£141 per annum)
BT Unlimited Broadband + BT Sport App + Line Rental + unlimited Wi Fi £23.45 monthly
Great if you want to watch the football or the rugby given BT's new television deals!

Plus you get a £50 Sainsburys voucher + £50 Quidco cashback if you are a new BT Broadband customer or £80 if you are new BT Broadband and Phone Line customer

You also get 2Gb cloud storage, BT SmartTalk + BT Family Protection virus checking, etc

Check out the 2nd option down on the list for the half price £8 per month Broadband

Please don't just vote cold if you hate BT as I am sure many people do but based on whether the deal is a deal or not

Thanks

Their previous deal was 6 month's free which is essentially the same as this deal at 12 month's half price, quidco is at a good rate though as TCB only offer £10! Also Sainsburys voucher has doubled as they only used to give £25 I believe.

where does it say 12months... ? 2nd option is 6 months.

Strange if you go via Quidco the 2nd option is half price for 12months.

That's encouraging...

You can get unto £120 cash back if you take phone line, Broadband and the TV.

its "currently" a £100 sainsburys voucher - they seem to have this dynamic ; £50 / £60 / £100 etc depending on sales / sky offers etc

Unless it has changed in the last few months the BT contract is for 18 months so although you will get the offer half price for a year or whatever you will be tied into the contract for full price for the remainder of the 18 month contract.. just a heads up for anyone thinking of switching to BT

Absolute nightmare for me down to the way they use Dynamic Line Management (DLM) oO

With them for a few months now on their fibre solutions and very impressed so far. Get about 74mb download speeds.

niice one , i can get max 56

Highly recommend NOT relying on cashback from BT.
First they'll mess up your order somehow, forcing you to call them to put it right,
THEN they deny your cashback because they had to deal with you directly.

I took them on this offer, if they make me call ill cancel it.

would you mind expanding please? I read it's a trick for obtaining a more stable connection by lowering your maximum theoretical bandwidth?

I am looking for a new ISP after o2 sold out to BSlyB, and want a good quality and truly unlimited connection (preferably a max 6 month contract too)

So after the 18months cancel and find a new deal. What a pathetic comment BT Sport will probably be naff. so the fact they have premiership football and all the premier league rugby union will mean its 'naff' will it?....so what sport might you be looking for? Dominos? or Tiddly winks?

I hate bt but looking to switch aswell after o2 sold out to sky..

Seems like a good deal which I might take out.

Just heard that Sky will be offering free unlimited broadband to sky sports customers.

Let the war commence as competition is obviously good for customers!

ee seems better as that's £2.50/month for the first six months for t-mobile customers and £5 thereafter. Admittedly this doesn't come with all the extras above. It is however a 12 month contract not 18 above. The cashback is just over £100 with EE.

They use BT so it's effectively the same connection as this. I was a bit confused at first as I thought this was fibre optic but it appears to just be down the copper phoneline.

what's so bad about them?

eloo

what's so bad about them?

Where do I start, been with them for under a month,my broadband is now 5 times slower than with Sky,their customer service is a nightmare Indian call center, spent 4 hours on the phone trying to talk to someone after being transferred from pillar to post as my activation date came and went with no phone or broadband, managed to get it going a day late and 4 hours on the mobile.
Have spent the last 4 weeks complaining about my BB speed with every phone call ending in,being hung up on,promised a call back that never happens or passed to another dept which has no clue of what they're doing.

DO NOT DO IT,,,,,,,,,,save your sanity and money.

Ah i see thanks! Never dealt with BT before and was thinking of switching from my previous old 20mb sky broadband to BT mainly for a better router and better speeds and that fibre optic stuff for a good reasonable price but oh well..
