£29.53 per month surely?

Tempted by a deal like this. Want to reduce my outgoings to Sky and Plusnet and like the idea of rolling all into one for a lot less than I pay now.

How long did it take before the cashback appeared?
I ordered a similar BT deal a few hours ago. I was expecting £150 from TCB but it's not tracked yet.

I wouldn't have ordered it without the cashback so I think I'll cancel the day before the install date if the cashback hasn't appeared by then.

I ordered a similar deal that was posted on hukd a couple of months back.
I have received the topcashback and a £100 MasterCard that they promised.
Just remember if you ring them up for whatever reason they will decline the topcashback. Even if your service isn't working as expected or your engineer doesn't turn up don't contact them or you will probably lose the cashback.
Wait until cashback reaches confirmed status.

I've been checking TCB every few minutes since I placed my order, finally my cashback has appeared. I can relax now!

I was under the impression TCB could not be included as part of any deal calculation on HUKD's as it's not guaranteed?

Seems like a good deal if the cashback pays out. Tracking can take up to a day in my experience but its usually within a couple of hours.

Cash back not guaranteed.

I had a similar one earlier this year, all come through, the cashback was £217 quid. I would say one thing though BT made a right hash up of my new line install, cancelling my order and placing a separate one- at one point I thought the cashback would get declined but it didn't. only problem is all my BT services are out of their 12 month sync but the woman on the phone put a note on my account saying should be ok at time of cancel at 12 months

Check how much it will cost you to cancel first . If you have bt tv then your services have already started as they provide you with instant access to BT Sport via their website. Whether you use it or not , you will be unable to cancel without a charge for these services.

UPDATE : I see you have had your TCB track now so this wont be an issue for you

£29.53 a year OP , are you sure ? Lol

you may want to amend .......

Oh , add on £31 cessation cost at the end of the 12 months as everyone will need to pay this if they leave at the end of the 12month contract

I looked into this and you only pay if you new provider switches you before the full 30 day notice period has expired. Best to ask them to do it the day after.

My Bt was ordered end of August, activated on the 5th of September my £155 Quidco was paid on the 25 of September, don't know about TCB.

Using your link monthly price before rewards and cash back is coming up at £67.99 per month. Maybe you should check the deal is still available as tcb was higher when I went on there too.

Does anyone know what BT class as a new customer for cashback purposes ? - A signup in a different name at the same property ?

f.y.i I used the gift card to pay off my first bt bill

You don't get that quick first bill arrives within 2 weeks card is send within a month if you lucky, if your unlucky they mite refuse you or you have to chase them up for it for months

Not really. Some people just over complicate things.
Just place order pay the line rental up front during application to save an extra few quid if you can afford it.
Wait until your installation date and then make a claim for the gift card.
Job done.

I have the printed transcript from BT chat for the £125 + £50 deal that has just ended, that states I will get the cash back as a new customer, as long as I sing up before the deal expired

Not so I am afraid , the £31 is payable IF you switch after the end of your contract , the charge can be much higher if you switch before your contract is up.
The only time the fee is not charged is if you die or you move house and BT cannot provide services to your new address.
It is stated in my contract , stays pretty well hidden in small print but it is definitely there.

This thread brought it to my attention initially so I did a little research on it myself .....

How do you know this if you didn't ring them and have your cashback declined ? Is this perhaps just hearsay ?

There was a couple of people on the thread that had their cashback declined and the common denominator was they had to ring up to sort something or other out.
Also it's in the terms and conditions somewhere.
"Transaction must be completed completely online"

Have I read your reply in the wrong context?
Are you implying that I'm lying and haven't received what I said I have received?

Hi guys

Placed my order yesterday and all is progressing. TCB has tracked at £183.75 expecting £125-150 reward card for broadband/tv and c. £30 for mobile. Thing is I used to be a BT customer and my old BT ID seems to be the one it has linked too. Currently the products I have ordered aren't showing against that account and am reluctant to ring as I don't want the cashback to be declined.

Going to keep an eye on my BT ID over the next few days but where do I monitor to see the status of the Reward Card payouts?

I was able to track it but now my order saying

"An issue has occurred. Please try again or come back later.
If the problem persists, you can contact us."

anyone else having this issue ?

Yes that's the error I see on my BT ID screen. I am not going to contact them until my TCB is confirmed though.

I was having the same problem, but it's working for me now.

Working for me too now , you get worried when you read in some cases it takes bt 6 months to complete your order oO

Has anyone managed to get BT packages without installation costs? I have phoned and they don't seem to move on installation or negotiate any offers like sky and virgin do?
