It's a bit more expensive than the deal that most people took out not that long ago? Think mine is 2 quid a month cheaper for this exact package.

I think it was just line rental that was cheaper because of line rental saver.
so theres not a cheaper deal available at this moment in time?
when are they getting rid of the standard line rental charge? it keeps going up year on year but not many use landlines anymore

When you don't need a phone line for broadband. Which means either BT FTTP, Virgin Media, 4G or an independent broadband provider.
£110 cb through quidco without taking tv

don't do it, even if they offer you your weight in gold, don't join BT!
On the cashback sites, what constitutes 'Calls' in their different cashback amounts?
Is the 'UK weekend calls' that comes with the Infinity 1 enough, or do you need to be paying for an additional call package e.g. Unlimited Evening & Weekend Calls at £3.50/month
You get Quidco cashback £120 with TV Starter
You get £100 Mastercard Card
Line rental £18.99pm
BB rental £10.99pm
TV Starter rental £1.50pm (includes BT Sports)
Activation BB £49 + TV £10 +Router £7.95

Works out £18.73pm

I've been paying £28pm for Virgin BB, so overall saving £120 a year.

Looks a good deal to me

Looks like they've cut the deal down a bit, the other week TV Starter was free for a year with £140 Quidco.

I voted cold because I'm **** off that people who don't want or need a home phone have to pay line rental just for internet use.
I use a wifi modem and pay a fiver a month for unlimited internet - it might not be the fastest, but I can watch youtube and do everything I need to run an ebay business from home, or anywhere out and about as well.
I know bt customers can use the fon network for free, but even when I'm on a beach or the middle of the countryside with no bt hotspots in sight, I can still get internet for my laptop/tablet providing there's 3g phone coverage.

I have FTTP and have had to order a damn phone line with it. Then they made me wait for an engineer appointment to activate the phone line before my BB service came online.
I don't use the home phone and didn't even bother buying a handset. Just wasting money on something I don't use.

lol yes your crappy 3g Internet is a fair comparison to a fttc connection.... Still it's cold as bt customer service is the worst...Im pretty sure they send their Indian call centre staff on seminars for 'trolling your customers'.
WHY IS THE COLD!!

where can you 50mb internet with even a reward voucher at this price??
Virgin media charge twice as much!

We are fttp with BT and also have to pay line rental. Would be shocked if open reach dropped line rental on all fttp homes.

No idea - i think theres alot of dislike against BT here. Personally I dont care or have brand loyalty and move ISP everytime my contract is up for a better deal. The only thing I check is the ISPs that have traffic monitoring and how bad it might be.... or not.

Did you ever get an answer to this?
Top Cashback is now £170 for infinity + TV

Does the £1.50 tv package count ?

" New Customer - BT Broadband + TV - Unlimited Infinity 1
£171.70"
TV is TV any package will do.
