Found 22nd Jun 2017
29.99 x 12months = 359.88
+ 9.99 set-up = 369.87
- £100 Reward Card = 269.87

Effective monthly cost = 269.87 / 12 = 22.48

Is this any good or should I wait for something else???
(I know I will only get a guaranteed 25Mb - have checked with multiple suppliers including BT)

Unless I am misreading this on the USwitch site (and the BT site), the current offer ends tonight, Thursday 22nd, at midnight.

How about going via quidco and getting the £100 reward card and cashback?
LOL - no way.
Had no idea what this Quidco was so just had a look and apparently I can get £80 cash back on this offer (just by linking through Quidco's site). And I get entered into their draw for a car.

Thank you so much Bertz99.
i got the same deal for my parents a few months back with 120 cashback and a 200 reward card so it might be worth hanging on as these offers seem to change every couple of weeks

you are welcome - takes months to come through but on all services providers I have never not got the cashback (some retailers it differs) - coming upto the 2K mark since I joined them for myself.

Others on here go via topcashback which is another.
metth5182 - that makes for an awesome deal (almost free). Presently paying 35-40/month through PlusNet for standard Broadband and the supplied router can't cope so need something ASAP. But thank you for pointing this out - had I had a bit more time I would certainly hold off on the basis of this.

Bertz99 - hmmm, will see if I get the cashback. Thank you for pointing this out.

Etiher way the £100 credit card will cover the quad BT phones I was about to buy anyway.

Wow we've been with plusnet for years and at mo paying 27.82 pm for 38mb unlimited BB phone line AND Anytime calls. You need to threaten them you're leaving!
I am also looking for a broadband deal and wondering if I should go for this or wait a bit longer - I am currently with sky and pay 20quid a month for their most basic/glacial broadband service

I think our actual broadband is 9.99 with 17.99 line rental along with 3.50 call-plan - add to that the kids using the land-line outside of the plan would hike it up every month. So looks like you have a really good deal with them - my download yesterday was 800k and took several hours to download a large file (Sims4). Am moving away from them now on principle as I called them yesterday to see about changing plan (up to fibre) and got a whole spin on loyalty etc etc and how good the 'upgrade' offer was that they were quoting me (loyal customer etc etc etc) - only for me to point out that I was looking at the same offer on-line for cheaper but apparently for a new customer. Guess it is the same old story of shopping around - but, had they been honest and explained the situation I would have probably stayed with them and payed that little bit more simply for the convenience.

Because I am switching I will now; get one of BT's new routers (though have a Netgear Nighthawk X6 'cos the plusnet one wasn't up to it and had to keep hard-wiring the laptops - so I will use the BT one as an Access Point up in the attic which should also give me coverage out in the garden), upgrade to a guaranteed speed over 25x faster than I presently have, get 100G of cloud storage. All for almost half (assuming Quidco & BR Reward pay out) of what I am paying at the moment.

If you do decide on this offer; I believe it finishes midnight tonight but (if you are not aware) do call them and have them check what they guarantee the speeds at - the advert quotes 52M but for my area they are saying 25M (small town called London!)
Steer clear of BT, awful company . They suck you in with low offers then..................

Your keyboard appears to be faulty - then what? What experiences have you had with BT?
As I have my nice new contract with 14 day cancellation option - who would you presently recommend and why?
I have got the deal yesterday and Quidco tracked only £65

Think you are correct, have re-checked and looks like the £80 Quidco is if you add on the TV package.
Effective overall cost still works out at only about £17month.

The current trend on HUKD is that BT's customer service is rubbish and you can a connection that may/may not be reliable, Sky will not pay out cashback to Quidco, Origin is evil or somesuch and Plusnet are not that great. I'm generalising here but the fact you're getting some heat must mean the deal is good so go for it. Take the risk
installed last week with this offer except it was £28.99 p/m 12 month contract. Guaranteed 50 meg compared to the 5 meg with Sky and running at 51-53 meg. Applied today and received confirmation that my £100 reward card is on its way. Streaming 2 ps4's/ Xbox one and iPad with no buffering ( no more fights for the connection lol ). Dare I say I'm happy so far with BT
these offers change every month. I got £155 quidco (already received) £150 MasterCard and the half price tv deal.
I pay 36 quid per month for
unlimited 52mg fibre
line rental
free weekend calls
tv entertainment pack.
It was 60 quid charge for home hub though.

So I would wait as this deal isn't as good as what they seem to have every other month.
The current one is like £27 but you pay £60 upfront which then makes it £32 a month anyway.
Kinda of annoying tbh
