Not sure what the warranty is on this and whether it's better value than paying £94 from John Lewis. but telephones online has a very good returns policy and you get a saving of £15, so heat from me.
I suspect these will be returns from customers for whom these did not work properly due to the most recent firmware update.

People go on about this firmware but if that is the case, why has it not affected everyone? I have 4 units and mine work fine.
If my teenage sons and wife who works from home have actually complimented it, must be good!

What IS the warranty? Cannot see it.
I’ve got three and had a blip last week when the whole thing went belly up and involved lots of router (also BT) resets.

Otherwise they’ve been bob on after years of poor signal strength throughout my old thick walled house.
Tempting!

That’s a good question, which BT don’t seem to know the answer to. Keep your fingers crossed!

I have just installed 4 of these around my house and they work fine for me too - no issues with the firmware. Got them new from the BT store when they were 89 for a pack of 2 recently. With a little from TCB too, worked out a good deal I think.

To be fair, I did have trouble, but I reset my router using the button, then for good measure, I reset these home-hubs using the app on my phone and they have been fine. One did go red on app but I switched on and off at mains and then it's been fine.

Had it a month or so.
Had mine a month or so. I think they've finally resolved my WiFi woes. Sometimes I do notice that WiFi signal tends to drop a bar or two for no reason and 10 mins later comes back up. Not sure what that's about.
Will this work with virgin media

Warranty is the guarantee. Is it 12 months, 6 months, 24 months?

My question was based on what the refurbed warranty is.

Probably best to phone them up and find out.

This deal is expired. Amazing advice though. Thanks.
Ordered one of these - they arrived yesterday and installed in a matter of minutes. I think I need one or two more discs maybe as this set is for a small/medium house. We have an extension which has previously been signal-proof but this has definitely helped.
The warranty is 12 months.

They are expecting some more twin packs next week.
