Never had a problem with gift cards, cheques or cashback myself - log a complaint on their website or better still write to the CEO. Always fixed it for me in the past with other issues I have had.

​had same issue getting gift card, especially when combined with ANY of the cashback sites, BT blame the cashback sites, who in turn blame BT. I would work out the saving of the card or relevant cashback site then pick.....for my main contract topcashback won but for the mobile I ignored the cashback and took a bt card(only time ever managed to get one!).
good luck guys as there are some big savings there!!!

Its a really good deal but its annoying that on monday the cashback was £98 and the voucher was £90. still though this works out 80p less a month.
