From personal experience I would choose the Buffalo drive
over that particular Seagate drive.

Oh I'm sorry, didn't realise I'd posted a deal for a Seagate drive? Your post is so constructive. Thank you.
This deal is for a Buffalo drive (the clues are there). So rather than just trolling threads to post a link to a different product at a cheaper price, why don't you think for just a minute that maybe some people would prefer the product highlighted in the deal that was actually posted.

Personally, IMO, the Buffalo is a better deal, even if it's more expensive. I have owned 3 seagate external drives. 2 of them have died within warranty. I got awful refurbs as replacements which I dare not trust with anything valuable. The 3rd seagate I have is now intermitantly faulty and 6 months beyond it's warranty.

Therefore I would buy Buffalo over Seagate every time. Plenty of people have similar experiences with Seagate drives these days.

Find me this Buffalo drive cheaper and then you can post it here and vote the deal cold.

I think you'll find that I'm entitled to post & vote however I see fit within the rules. Just as you're entitled to do the same.

Really no need to bust a blood vessel. (_;)

I don't normally but I get fed up of people jumping on other peoples deals. You can post what you like and I'll bust a blood vessel if I want to in response.

rbz5416 was merely pointing out another option. Which they are perfectly entitled to do.
