good price with quidco

Make sure they have them in stock. I've had to cancel an order with them for an ipod nano. They said they had 24 in stock but couldn't physically lay their hands on them!!!!!

Hot - ordered for myself for an xmas present from somebody else!!

Reviews of this drive on Amazon are very good. Thanks OP, I've gone for it.

'Thank you for your order'

also managed to order... hopefully quidco will track

Excellent, nearly bought a drive earlier in the day but decided there must be a better deal on its way.

Thank you.

I wish amazon would price match this

Scorching hot.... Should be able to get double your money on these

Ordered this Tuesday - sort of as a 'test'. Went through no problem - Quidco tracked in less than half an hour. Great price so happy with the result.

Been trying to order a couple of other (more expensive) items before and after this order and just errors every time. Must have had over 20 attempts by now. Their website is just b*****ks - totally fed up with it.

Brilliant deal - just bought one. Thanks to the OP.

Super price - temp added!

i have a usb port in my car, will this work through my sound system if i loaded it up with music files?

Brilliant deal... Just wish i needed one.

Just ordered, nice one OP. Let's hope it's a reliable HD

As I know very little about this subject, I wonder if anyone would please comment on the cheaper HD.

that one is physically larger and comes with a power supply so you need to use it with laptop in a fixed position. this drive takes power form the usb port so can be used anywhere.

brilly, many thanks for your help. So, the OP's HD would be better for me even though it is more expensive?

It depends on your usage, but it should be better for you.

Thank you. One of the reasons I looked at the Seagate drive, is that it stated that backups were automatic. As I'm useless at this sort of thing, that appealed to me. But I will go for the OP's drive. Thanks.

Thanks, great price - ordered.

Voted hot.

I am waiting for 1TB portable hard drives to drop to £70-ish though

Don't know if it's relevant to you or not but note that this drive is available mail order but the one you were looking at is store only as are most of the others.
